I don't know how they are for rentals but the process for having a hitch installed was easy. My wife got an estimate and appnt over the phone. We dropped off the day before ( you do have to drop off while they are there though). It was ready by noon the next day.

$20.00 for a bbq tank refill !!!! That is outrageous !!!! I could have gone less than 3 miles down the road to country max and had it filled for $10.00 !!! Corporate needs to take a hard look at this ! I will never go here again !!!

I don't know how they are for rentals but the process for having a hitch installed was easy. My wife got an estimate and appnt over the phone. We dropped off the day before ( you do have to drop off while they are there though). It was ready by noon the next day.

The one guy was super rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills whatsoever, honestly no appropriate social skills at all. He belittled the other guy who was working and told him to get out of his building when he was done taking the customers call. Get rid of that guy and your establishment might be fine

A great clean environment and the guys there were very courteous. They even called me when I accidentally left my head lamp in the truck. Very appreciative.

Absolutely DO NOT rent from this location. Firstly if the safety equipment such as lights do not work on a trailer the Manager says " I can just say they worked when you left" glad the manager doesn't mind putting lives at risk on the road. Secondly when you rent a small $16 trailer there is potential for multiple holds being put on your card for hundreds of dollars you won't have access to for 3-5 days. They will also authorize multiple transactions without your permission and claim they have no idea and it must be your bank.

I've used this location for rental trucks and propane. I failed to provide a 5-star review only because one of the times I reserved a truck, it was unavailable and they didn't have anything suitable for my needs at this location and I had to go to another location. Other than that, I find the staff friendly, courteous, and helpful.
