Poor product at Taft Rd Walgreens. Two different types of envelopes and shorted 4 envelopes. Looks like they found old ones and just tossed them into the box.

The pharmacy manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have continuously messed up my scripts, created 2 profiles for me in which they keep telling me the pharmacist has to fix but if off and doesn't get done. Treats me like all this is my fault. I am moving back to Wegmans, drive thru feature is not worth the hassle and rude treatment by management.

Lady lied straight to my face saying there’s a minimum 20$ deposit for chime cards. Friend paid me back 15$ cash for lunch, I don’t use cash and went to deposit it on my card and she said there’s a 20$ minimum and she couldn’t do it. A quick google search or call with chime will tell you that’s a flat out LIE. She was either lazy or stupid. Really just stupid.

Went to pick up a DoorDash delivery from the pharmacy counter following the instructions that YOUR company put in the app, which instructed me to head to the consultation window to pick up the order. Upon being greeted by the pharmacist at said window, I let her know I was there to pick up a DoorDash order and gave her the name, to which she replied “okay, go stand in line and let them know.” So after waiting behind roughly five customers to finally tell the girl at the register that I was there for the order, I watched her walk over to right behind the pharmacist and grab the order out of the basket. Why was the pharmacist unable to perform a simple 15 second task and instead make me waste my time waiting in line behind the customers? I’m a courier for your company. Would you force the fedex or Amazon guys to wait behind all of the customers before they’re able to go about their way? No. And I feel it was extremely rude and condescending to treat another business partner for your company in this manner. Especially when that is literally what you guys have written in the pickup instructions in the app. Perhaps you need to train your pharmacist of this policy as well.

Every chain In this awful town seems to be very poorly managed, but at least usually the people are nice. That is not the case, these people have such horrible attitudes for no reason whatsoever. I hope you are unwell.

Person in the photo lab was extremely helpful. Patiently showed me how to place an order for some photo ornaments. Took the time to walk me thru the editing of each pictures size and color edit. They turned out beautiful. Huge KUDOS to the photo staff!

Went there for a reduced size photo for a postal badge. Told them I needed one the size 1.25 Inches. They make pictures 2 inches. I don't discover till trying to use them for my new badges. I go back to store and the clerk the next day told me they don't make anything smaller than 2 inches. I would not have bought these pictures had I known. The 2 pictures also cost $18.35 !

Again, today, I was helped by the same girl, Alaa... And I was again having problems applying the coupon . She kindly walked me through the app and got the coupon to work. I can't thank her enough. Employees like her need to be recognized. Especially in a world that is full of rude, impatient people, also lacking knowledge.Thank you!!! She makes this store more appealing. Excellent customer service! ? ??

Well, I wanted to buy an item that had a coupon but it would not work for me. This girl, an employee was extremely helpful and patient. It took her 15, 20 minutes work on it. She wouldn't rest until it was done. Thank you so much! For sure I will be going back to this location!Her name is Alaa. Walgreens, you should be proud of her! Here's a picture:
