Ownership will be changing hands shortly, it can't happen fast enough, staffs pay is at min. for all jobs. and not giving any holiday pay even to full time employee's under current ownership. We as employee's are looking forward for 7 Eleven to bring back the life into this store.. Happy workers always do better, maybe all the negative reviews will change to positive. I'll do my part

I live in north Tonawanda and a 2 min drive from this franchise location. I have found most of the employees there to be very rude and uncaring. They make me wait at least 5 min at the counter every time I need something. They don't pay attention and don't t care. When I mention that I'm standing there One elderly woman manager said to me " Can't you see I'm doing something?" Very rude. I had to bite my tongue. I will only go there for gas from now on.

Worst customer service, no matter what time you visit day or night, very unprofessional, need new staff or management, very convenient ,live close to store but drive out of my way to shop else where!!!! Half Star!!!

8:27 am today, walk in and am told I have to wear a mask by the cashier who her and the manager both do not have them on themselves. Ridiculous.
