“2025 - still taking our cars to Ross Service with no complaints and tons of praise. (older review--->)I've taken our 4+ vehicles to Ross Service for about 15 years. These guys are honest, friendly and knowledgeable. From inspections to oil changes, new tires to new transmissions, these guys are tops! You won't regret having your vehicles serviced here! Note: get an appointment- they really try to work with you. Small 3-4 seat waiting area, but close to restaurants, plaza shopping, and library if you chose to wait and not drop off for service.”
“I was fortunate enough to be referred to Premium Auto Sales through a friend and I cant praise this business enough. Donnie and Paul are top of the line, they are honest, dependable, and work hard to find solutions, and all while keeping the customer the focus in mind as their dedication to helping people is unmatched. I had two separate issues with my car in under a month. Donnie and Paul each time, went out of their way to assist immediately, answered any questions I had, were extremely generous in their pricing, excellent in communicating status and both times I had my car at Premium I had it back in less than 3 days! I cant express how greatful I am to Donnie and Paul for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. I dropped my car off Sunday night and picked up my car yesterday. I couldn't believe it was the same car!
Mind you before bringing my car in, there were a multitude of issues. One of the valves were cracked, I needed new tires, new windshield wipers, the left rear break calipers had to be replaced , the car needed alignment, an oil change, and inspection!

“Running a clinic on customer service! After dealing with an exhausting weeks-long runaround at a local dealership regarding my 2015 F-150’s transmission issues, I brought my truck to CarFix.
From the second I walked in, they actually listened to me instead of brushing me off and following some corporate SOP. They walked me through their process, explained the exact diagnostics they were running, and were completely transparent about everything. Instead of trying to upsell an expensive computer replacement like the dealer did, they dropped the transmission pan, confirmed the lead frame was the problem and replaced it efficiently.
My truck is running absolutely perfectly now. Finding a shop with this level of honesty, technical skill, and genuine customer care is rare.”

“Took my car here by chance. Pete's Auto down the road advised me to bring my car here and I was so grateful. Another auto shop told me I needed $1800 worth of work done to my car and this sounded a little high for the car repairs I needed done. So the guy at Peter's Auto (I forget his name) yold me to go down to M&B Auto. When I tell you he saved my pockets, whew so grateful 👏🏼 Rick at M&B told me to get 2 new tires on the back and bring it back if I'm still hearing the loud noise. Low ans behold! The loud noise was gone and all I spent was $200 as opposed to $1800!!! I am forever grateful to both of them. They pointed me in the right direction. I'll be bringing my car back to Rick at M&B for future repairs. And I spoke with his mom while waiting and she was awesome as well. Great business and awesome customer service! Thanks again!”

Coming from out of town and having an issue with my 78 Firebird, he and his wife so gracious to stop what they were doing and come listen to the issue. He had it solved in about 30 seconds. Wouldn't even allow me to pay him.This was so appreciative and shows to me what type of business and people they are. “Ill give 4 stars due to some discrepancies. Came in and was told theyd have all 4 used tires available - and most likely theyd have matching 2 sets for front and 2 for rear. Welp all tires are mis matched on a 4x4 system. I dont prefer it but i will rock with it till i can afford new tires. Good service and good people just wish that part was communicated to me prior. Also told me i could get an alignment for my truck however i had to sit and wait to be told they couldnt do it - just wished there was a future thought process of letting the client go if the truck wouldnt be able to get aligned. otherwise decent group. would go again if they had all information straight. - also good prices for mounting and balancing.”

“Randy is seriously the BEST mechanic out there!!! Randy is honest, efficient, and kind. He takes the time to explain what was done to your vehicle. If there was something wrong with it, he tells you what it is and how much it will cost to fix before he goes ahead and fixes it. He does a very thorough job every time. I recently took my wife's car for an alignment at a another "reputable" shop and they tried to overcharge for a needed repair. Fast Lane did the repair for half the cost while using OEM parts. Who knows what parts the other shop would have used.”
