“Although I dreaded it, I found myself shopping for a new to me vehicle and decided to stop in here because I'd seen a vehicle online that seemed to fit my needs. I emailed first and received a very prompt response from Greg Valentini that I could most certainly come in for a test drive. Unfortunately, he wouldn't be there at a time convenient for me, but they paired me up with a very low-pressure sales person, Cameron Stefanski, when I got there. We went for a test drive, he told me about many of the desirable features and I decided if the deal was right, I'd purchase the car... well, they went above and beyond to give me the price I needed and the trade-in value for my car that I desired.. all in all, a very pleasant experience that was the quickest car deal I've ever had... the day I went for the test drive, I was there for maybe an hour and a half, the day I went to pick up my vehicle, received a couple of phone calls after I left, and it was delivered very professionally by both Greg (mostly) and Cameron in about an hour the next day... So, yeah, not a dreadful experience here at all, rather pleasant as far as car shopping and buying go!”

The driver (I wish I could remember his name!) was so courteous, professional yet friendly, and conscientious of his job that it made the whole experience really great! He towed her car to autozone, where I got new wipers. Fantastic guy, really good attitude, and just a good person. The world needs more people like him!”
“Been going here for a few years. Always quick to get me in and get my car back to me. Recently heard my brakes starting to rub metal on metal on a Wednesday. Was able to get my car in that Friday morning and had it back in the afternoon with new rotars and pads all done. Only ever had good quality work for a fair price.”

“got a new car battery after my old battery tested as almost failing with low reserve power. I had an idea of what I wanted from the Interstate website, I wanted to try a premium battery that I had seen. The guy at the store helped me to sort out the best option for my car. We did try the premium battery and figured out that it was too big to fit into the space fora battery in my car. We had to try another option , so I got a mid line quality MT Series battery , saved some $$ and most importantly got something that fit my car. the car does start much quicker with the new battery”
“Great experience working with this place to ship my car from NY to FL. They offered a very competitive price without having to deal with the typical broker setup. I fortunately lived nearby so I did a vehicle drop off, we did the walk around, paperwork and I was on my way within about 15 minutes. The driver kept me informed throughout his drive down and met me at a very convenient location once he arrived in town. Highly recommend for your auto shipping needs.”
“I didn't want to part with my 4RUNNER, but the lease was coming due. Joe sent me to Chris(Sales), and he worked hard to make my trade and pickup smooth. All I had to do was give him my insurance reps number, walk in with the check, and I drove away with a new Tacoma. Kevin the Finance Manager was great and got me out quickly. I had a couple questions a few days later, and Mariah, the sales Manager called me back right away. Seriously, I know this sounds like a lot, but this dealership makes it hard to go shopping somewhere else. Even if I didn't have a good experience with sales, the service department is awesome! This is my 3rd vehicle from Northtown, and thought about going a different route, but I feel valued here. That's huge. I'm a very loyal person, but if I feel like a normal customer, I'm gone.”
