Your phone system is TERRIBLE !!! i have to call once a month to order one of my scripts (Tramadol) and now we can not call and talk directly to a person in the pharmacy??? That is ridiculous. I wanted to change all of my scripts and my family's to Rite Aid because it is so annoying.\\\\nFortunately for CVS, you have employees like Jessica (a pharmacist) who went waaay out of her way today for my wife. She made multiple phone calls so Mary could get the pain meds she needed after her surgery because CVS was out of stock for the med the hospital originally prescribed. She spoke to our GP's office a couple times, and had the hospital page the doctor on call (twice) so Mary could get something for her pain from her broken Femur. Jessica did an outstanding job understanding what was needed and making sure it was taken care of before they closed for the day. We made multiple calls ourselves, but Jessica is the one that made things happen for us!! Kudo's to Jessica !!!!!!

Always go CVS it's close and have gotten to know some workers there. Get my scripts there. Very nice people!
