Tried to refinance my mortgage when rates were low.. first had an appointment and showed up nobody was there in there mortgage department, they gave me the phone number of a mortgage guy out of another branch. We worked with him and sent him everything he asked for and then he ghosted us. Contacted key bank and they sent me $50 gift card after their investigation. I never got to refinace because of this , and now the rates are back up poor customer service.

Always Great Service, from the time I started an account. The tellers call me by name, when walking in. The others who are Managers, are Helpful, Polite, and have gone the extra mile for me always, and I’m just a ordinary client!

Went thru Drive thru.. Waited. 5 Minutes, with no service, pushed buzzer again a lady came to window and took my stuff didnt come back for 5 min.. WHY DONT THEY HAVE A TELLER SOLELY FOR DRIVE THRU???????? RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Super helpful bank. The employees treat you very well and make you feel like you're an old friend. They all go out of their way to help answer questions to the best of their ability. You really feel like you've been part of this family bank for years. Customer service is impeccable!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Always locks me out of my bank account, has given me multiple problems since day 1, and keeps making me answer "one time" securitt questions everytime i log onto my account using the SAME device, if youre looking for a headache and an unknown bank account balance this is the bank for you

Never have a problem the tellers know my name and say hello when I arrive at the bank I have done business with other banks but have never received the friendly service I get at KeyBank been a customer since it was Empire of America!!

After depositing my fathers check multiple times for the past 2-3 months, I went to deposit a refund check he received for my mother's hospice, since she passed away. I was told that my father had to be present for this to be deposited (mind you the entire check was going into his account). My father is disabled and can't leave the house. The teller, who seemed to be confused, gave me a shoulder shrug and pretty much go fly a kite. If my Mother did not like this bank so much all his CD's and such along with all his money would be going to a bank who actually works with you, not against you. Not asking for the world, just cash his check. If you are looking for a new bank, THIS is not one you should go to. There is plenty of choices in walking distance that will treat you like a valued person, not an inconvenience.

I have been with Keybank since they took over Empire of America in the 1980s. The North Tonawanda branch on Payne Ave makes you feel special when you walk in they know so many of the customers by name it has a neighborhood feel. I appreciate all they do for me.

Do not bank with key. I call customer service and I get some lady from india, can't understand a word she says. Except that my mobile deposit will not hit my account until a week later. Come 1 week to clear a check because I deposited it on my phone app well guess I'm going to m&t bank.
