Come here with my wife and these days I sit in the car and wait for her. The tellers are so UNprofessional. Before they converted to key bank, they would talk between themselves and ignore you. After the switch-over to key, they continued with their fine professionalism of before, and still talk between themselves, ignoring the clients at the windows. One time the teller guy was so into himself, with hands up in the air, he completely forgot what he was doing, and stated that out loud. SERIOUSLY! I rarely go into these keybanks now. And the interest rate "paid" to accounts are so minimal it's not even funny, esp when considering they are using your money deposited to reinvest and earn the bank and board members more money. Should be outlawed and closed!

One of the most incredibly frustrating experiences I've had in a long time trying to reach someone. These bozos put a sticker on my house to call them on a number that is no longer. I then called the number on the recording to find a call center overseas somewhere, probably the Philippines from the sounds of it. Those people kept asking me for an account, my name and my phone to which I kept telling them that I don't have any business with Key bank. I asked for a real estate department but they kept giving me different 866 numbers that just kept coming back to someone struggling with English. Finally I got a hold of someone domestic who spoke english and was the preservation company they sent out. They were surprised that Key had not updated their records when I bought the property. Just another GIANT bank trying to fool us into believing they are local and care. PppALease

Standalone large key bank on River Road. Plenty of easy parking and a drive thru. Plenty of tellers were open when I stopped in, which was good because it was busy. Maybe it's the only Key Bank in Tonawanda? Or the one with the easiest parking? 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

A new teller deposited my checks on Thursday, she asked 2 people if she was doing it correctly, yet they were too busy to really check. Here I am on Saturday with no money, 1800 can't do anything I have to go into the branch, and yet they are closed. I am fed up with how keybank handles things and I will be closing my account with them. I have had it. This is not the first time this has happened to me.
