It’s always terrible. The people at the drive in tend to appear like they’re high and never know what’s going on. I placed an order online last time and it said it would be ready within a few minutes. Got there to pick it up and they told me it was a 25-30 minute wait. Horribly run location.

I went to this kfc at about 925pm they close at 10pm so I go to order and they say we are out of chicken( which is hard to believe because that's what this place specializes in) so I basically asked them are they gonna be making some more chicken(technically doesn't close for another 35 mins) they said no so I preceded to ask them why not they said( and it was 3 of them outside smoking etc) they said their cook did a no call no show(like that's the customer's problem smh) so you telling me out of three of you you don't know how to make the chicken for the customer I'm pretty sure everyone has to get trained to make the food especially for a scenario like this I think that they were be lazy and didn't wanna make anymore food

Colonel Sanders would be very disappointed if he saw all of this from heaven! Can't believe it's raw chicken! When we got home, we even had to bake it again in the oven. It's so shocking. Everything was fine when they just opened, but it's been getting worse! Plus, I ordered half an hour in advance, but they only started cooking when we got to the restaurant. We waited for twenty minutes. Don't go there!

Honestly id rather go to the kfc in east buffalo. Definitely a 1 star experience. Came here 2 times first time i waited in the drive through for 20 minutes only to come to the window and have the employees give me attitude.Second time there was only 2 cars in the drive through including me and she asked me to pull up to the front door only to wait 15 minutes for my food. Definitely will be no third time. Whoevers running this store should be ashamed to be in the position they're in and go back to being a regular employee.

This location does NOT honor the KFC way at all!! The food is always cooked improperly! They have young disrespectful ghetto kids working the business! Being a former employee and cook for this company, makes this disappointing to see! I was one of the best cooks KFC has ever seen!! Where’s the management and training!!? All of the KFCs in Buffalo are terribly inconsistent and I haven’t worked for the company in 25 years and will still out cook and out serve anyone anytime!! Corporate where are you on this!!? Who’s the DMs!! Get it together!!

Worst chicken ever!!! So over done couldn't even eat it!! This is the second time here and definitely the last!!!!Spent over $40. Gave it 2 times never a third!!!!! Well, gonna have to try Popeyes.

Yesterday was my second HORRIBLE experience at this location. Store was not busy when I entered we were the only 2 customers in the store. we waited at the counter for 5 minutes before any staff visible. an employee looked at us without acknowledging we were there. waited a few more minutes and left. This happened the last time I went to this location. SAME employees. This is a new location less than a year old. Terrible employees and customer service. I will never come here again.I guess this is why KFC in the USA is doing poorly!

Went during the 12 noon hour. Didn't have original chicken or pot pies. I stood there deciding for 10 min for them to then tell me they didn't have original. My coworker got a 3pc and the chicken was dried out and the corn looked horrible. I left with nothing. This location is a joke this is the 3rd time trying and always disappointed. I'll drive to the one on Young from now on.

My experience here was completely abysmal. The cashier was rude from the start. Seems to be upset but taking it out on customers. We will never come here again.

By FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Was ignored for over ten minutes even after the “cashier” walked by me twice without so much as acknowledging me. after I spoke up (aggravated of course) she decided to acknowledge me and make it like it was not a big deal at all. Then went back to pretending she was making my food (that I ordered online over an hour prior to me being there) while laughing with the rest of her “team”. All while another guy lounged in an office chair about 6 feet away from me who couldnt look up from his cell phone the whole time let alone offer some type of help. Mind you, when i arrived I was literally the only person there besides a doordash guy that had been ignored as well. After losing my patience I was told to get out of the store and never come back. Not an apology, no de escalation, ZERO customer service. They also refused to refund the 50$ I just spent. I will be reaching out to corporate as I have worked in about 10 different restaurants in my life and have never felt so disrespected by thier lack of the simplest customer service. To top it all of NO gloves were being worn by any employee whatsoever

Chicken not fresh, dry and cold. Inexplicable, when I was consuming the food I could see several customers leaving there upset by the wait and without buying and also several returning what they bought poorly served and obviously food that had left the room was placed on the trays where they sold it to others customers. I think it's unhygienic.
