The work on my kitchen/bathroom was completed 4 years ago. I waited to leave a review because I was hoping they would satisfactorily fix all their mistakes. The "punch list" goes on and on so it's impossible to convey accurately in a few words but suffice it to say every single thing this company touched in my home was destroyed. The LVP flooring they installed has up to 1/2 inch gaps in more than a few places (even after coming back to redo it), the shower surround was cracked in spots (to "fix" it they put crown molding over it), the cabinet doors rub together when opening & closing & the hardware is uneven. Even my entry doors were left broken. I believe this company is no longer in business so it's too late for me to take them to court but stay far, far away if they ever go back in business. They will take everything you have & make it seem like your concerns are trivial. I heard one of the owners died (& took his girlfriend with him) & the silent partner dissolved the company.

Our roof was replaced 4 years ago and every winter after that there has been water leakage inside, causing wall and floor damage. They said they fix it every year and it comes back every year. Now they are not responding to the most recent years damages. Terrible workmanship. Beware

We hired M Property Restoration to do some stone work around the front of our building. They did a fabulous job. Great craftsmanship, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed the work in a timely manner. The workers were very professional and the job turned out great! I would definitely recommend this company.

I hired M Property to do siding, roof, and gutter work on my house. It all looks great and was on schedule and to plan. I must also say my house isn’t easy to work on because of height and proximity to other houses and M Property overcame these obstacles. My wife and I decided to reside our 65 year old home late this summer. When we called M Property Restoration, both Michelle and Bob were two of the friendliest professionals we had a chance to work with. They were in constant communication with us from start to finish. The crew was hard working, friendly, and they did a phenomenal job transforming our home. Not only did they do excellent work, I appreciated how detailed they were, right down to picking up each and every nail and scrap piece once the job was done. I strongly recommend hiring Bob and M Property Restoration!

So happy with this company. Did an amazing job on our roof! Great, quality work at a reasonable price. Great communication, responded to all our requests. They were able to do the job when we needed it done and completed it in a timely manner. Great clean up as well. Highly recommend!
