I just picked up my ARE cap and nerf bar for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma. I’m so happy with the purchase. I’m sure there are several truck cap dealers in the area, but Doug and Troy have a level of service that rocks. I want to shop family owned and with someone who is part of the community. This is my second cap with them. They have a great selection of caps and covers. Could not be happier. Great experience.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to share. I recently had a tonneau cover installed on my truck, and being new to truck ownership, I had some questions.
The owner was very helpful when I called, answering all my questions about their different models. He even invited me to visit the shop to see the displays in person. When I arrived, he took the time to walk me through each model and discuss the pros and cons of each one. Surprisingly, he recommended the more affordable option that suited my needs, rather than pushing me towards a pricier model.
After I placed my order, they promised it would be ready in 3 days and said they'd call to schedule the free installation. True to their word, I received the call exactly 3 days later. They were flexible with scheduling and had me in and out in just 20 minutes.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that values customer service and actually delivers on their promises. I didn't have to chase them for updates on my order, and the installation process was quick and hassle-free, unlike what I would have experienced at the dealership where I bought the truck. I would definitely order from Magic Glass again, especially since their prices are fair and competitive with online retailers.

I brought my truck here to have the cap removed to perform a recall and despite not servicing my brand of truck cap, they offered to remove it and store it while I had the recall performed. This alone was incredibly helpful! Not only that, but they fixed the mesh on my window without me asking and promptly installed the cap when the recall was completed. This kind of service is unparalleled and should be recognized as such!! I highly recommend Magic Glass & Trim!!

After providing my VIN and $100 deposit, they ordered the wrong cap and blamed it on me. They kept my $100 deposit and wouldn't order a replacement cap.

This place has been here forever! It’s a reason why too, because good craftsmanship is rare now a days, I called to get a Topper installed on my Rig. Brand New Ram2500, from the time I called to the time my topper came in Troy and Doug took great care of me. Their communication was out of this world. Scheduling was even better and the install was top notch!I also might add, I’m a huge do it your self guy. I could not find this cap for the price I paid with install from Troy and Doug anywhere, when I say it was cheaper, hands down saved over $1000 bucks going through them. I highly recommend this place. Great Location in the heart of North Tonawanda, I feel their building is a anchor of Oliver St. Thank You Troy and Doug! Amazing experience!
