Absolutely disgusting experience here! My wallet was stolen last week. So like most people I cancelled all my cards and was awaiting replacements on everything. Cards, ID, everything. I went in Monday to get money out as Mondays are the only weekday that I'm off work to run errands and I currently don't have a debit card as I'm waiting for my replacements which take 7-10 days, but like most people I need money to survive. Now having that my WALLET WAS STOLEN! I didn't have any photo ID. All I had was my temporary driver's license from the DMV website and a picture on my phone of the front and back of my driver's license that I'd taken months ago for an unrelated matter. These pieces of garbage wouldn't give me my money! A week before Christmas! Now I don't get to pay my bills OR finish my Christmas shopping. Even though the picture on my phone was a picture of me!!! Like...yep, I definitely am committing fraud with a picture of the real Craig Acton and for good measure I decided to do a face swap too! Unbelievable! And the manager didn't have the balls to come out of her little office and tell me herself. She sent the snippy teller to do it for her. I work in healthcare at a hospital with rules and you know what. Sometimes you make exceptions based on circumstances for people. If I ever set foot in this branch again it'll be in the next life.

Tellers are the most friendly and helpful. Never really busy. Drive 15 minutes out of my way to stop here because other M&T bank suck.

Not sure why I go here anymore. Seems so understaffed. I have to wonder if the audio in the drive-thru even works. I don't get what I ask for, but do get a financially accurate transaction. Just not as I'd requested. Off to another location to fix it.

If you don’t already have an account here do not make one! This branch and their ATM never works I have tried to pull money out Saturday and today on Monday and both days it says my transaction cannot be completed when I have more than enough money to cover what I was trying to take out such a waste of time I hate This branch!

Don’t waste your time at this location. Take the time and drive to ANY OTHER location. They are not helpful and rude as ever.

My son asked to deposit a federal check of mine into his account for school tuition was then told to have us both endorse the checks. We both endorsed BOTH checks. The Manager then proceeded to the window and asked If I had an account anywhere and since I said no they asked how I paid my bills. They then proceeded to say that its Not that they couldn't deposit the checks it said they would not deposit the checks after we already cleared it with them and we were told to endorse the checks. I then asked the manager why they had us endorse the checks and how we were supposed to cash them and she proceeded to walk away from the windows and would not speak to either one of us. Sending us away with two checks endorsed by both of us when this is the bank my son belongs to. Now they wont give him his money thay has cleared out of his bank account

The tellers are nice enough, but M&T charges a $3 fee to cash an M&T bank check for non members. This is the only bank that has ever charged me a fee to cash thier own check. That's not exactly a way to entice non-members to consider doing business with them. If they treat potential customers like that, I can only imagine how they treat you once you are.

This branch is always extremely slow. Always a 10 or more minute trip just to cash a check and usually never an apology for the wait. The tellers never seem to rush or move quickly when there is a line forming inside or at the drive thru. I never have this issue at any other branch in WNY.

Waited over 20 minutes just to try and get a direct deposit sheet and a voided check before having to leave for work. Ended up leaving with neither. Will be opening a new account with citizen's instead.
