My hair had a lot of meaning to me, we agreed on her taking 1 inch and she took about 6 inches off my hair maybe more. With my glasses off and anxiety through the roof because of not getting my hair cut often because it means the world to me and she just chopped it like it was nothing. She took a part of me away that will not come back for years. If they were still open by the time I finally looked in the mirror at home and my anxiety settled were my brain could registered what happened I would of drove right back and demanded my money back and an apology.

After waiting 15 to 20 minutes for a haircut the woman instead to take a guy that may of waited 5 minutes over me I walked out and won't be back this happened on Saturday at 1205 pm. Bob Gunn

The place is awful they ruined my hair. I asked for multilayer the haircut and they literally cut half of my hair makes an even haircut. My hair now looks so ugly and if I can sue this place I would do it definitely

very poor customer service. there sign says they welcome walk ins but they dont. my mother and i walked in with plans for me to get a hair cut. The lady said do you have an appointment we said no we just walked in. she told us she wouldnt be cutting my hair as they were fully booked. we said the sign says you do walk ins the lady said we had people sign in online so we cant cut your hair. we told her she should take the sign in the window down then cause you dont do walk ins. my mother asked for the managers name and number the lady said she would cut my hair but my mother said no no your fully booked. i wouldnt let either of those ladys touch my hair as they would have a chip on their shoulder and id rather not have something go wrong and i look like a fool with a messed up haircut. so we left and after driving by half an hour later no one was there at supercuts. the lady didnt want to cut my hair. whether they were even actually busy or not i could have gotten my hair done if the lady would have just cut my hair as it wouldnt have taken to long. As i said half an hour later no one was there for a place that was supposedly jammed pack for the rest of the night 10/5/2023
