Waited weeks for a shower door install. . Came home to find dust and debris all over my new shower tile and bathroom floor. Silicone beads are wide, flaring at least a half inch on my new tile walls. One would think that for a 2000.00 plus dollar door they could at least have some workmanship and pick up their mess. Disgusted.

I was looking for a replacement glass for my 1960s crank out window that was a victim to an exuberant kick from a soccer ball. Called in the morning and they were very friendly, I brought in a piece of glass from the window and they made two more identical custom pieces while I waited, no more than 15 minutes.They were packaged very well, and the glass quality was far superior than the original piece. Glad to support a local business!

Very disappointed with the installation of our glass for the shower today. 2 4 x 4 pieces of glass took over three hours to be installed. One of the two individuals that was sent to do the work spent 70% of the time sitting in the truck not assisting the other installer to expedite this. Also, Fingerprints and smudges were left all over the glass as well as poor job done in removing excess caulk from the glass and my countertops. Not what I expected. I Wesley, one of the installers appeared to have something going on, could not stand still and was very disheveled looking.

Very rude customer service at the front counter. They don't want to be bothered by anyone. They are very disappointed that customers don't have a degree in glass and glass products. I have been a customer for over 30 years and they have always been like this.

They held on to my parts for over 3 weeks “waiting for someone to take a look at it” so I can get a quote.. when I called 3 weeks later asking about it they told me no one has even looked at it . They had to call me back to figure out what I was talking about.. didn’t even get a quote after waiting 3 weeks. I decided I’d rather take my business somewhere else. Nightmare service. Thought they lost the parts I gave them.

We have had wonderful experiences with this company! The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. If we mess up an order or vice versa, during these crazy times, they are ready to assist in any way that they can, promptly too!

Requested a quote for shower enclosure...Salesman arrived and took measurements...Advised me approx week for estimate to get back to me...Seems excessive for an estimate..I waited a week, contacted store to inquire about estimate...was told it hasn't been finalized yet...I told them not to bother because I wasn't waiting for them anymore..I feel it should not take a week to get an estimate after they take measurements.Regardless, I'm not doing business with this company and I don't think I would in the future....Just a bad first impression.

Do not trust this company to complete your job; not o lot do they have terrible customer service but also do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. Their answer is alway “a manager will cal you back” and Mark, the manager never calls back. He only got involved when I became frustrated … at which point he decided he doesn’t want to do work for me anymore. This is after I’ve been waiting for my glass since July (we are now at the end of November).

I had a truly unbelievable experience with this company today. For a little background, I recently had a 7’ x 4’ x 1/2inch tempered glass shower wall explode into 100’s of pieces when (luckily) no one was even in the room at the time. I understand that although this is not common, it does occur a small percentage of time, due to inclusions that were embedded in the glass during the manufacturing process. I will also note that the glass is 8 years old.As Twin city did the original installation, I called them to review the situation and to get a replacement glass panel. Late last week, one of their technicians came, assessed the situation and told me he would review the issue with his manager and advise. Today, I received a quote for $1,400 to replace the glass with no other explanation.Subsequently, I called the business to discuss this with someone to see if I could get some relief on the quote since the glass broke spontaneously, with no impact or prior damage. I was quickly transferred to a “Manager” who immediately started talking over me, wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and was just totally rude. Within 30 seconds of taking the call, the manager, who had done most of the talking, hung up on me. I had not been aggressive or rude at all. I just wanted him to hear my story and see if there was anything he could do for me.As I was quite shocked, I called him back and he continued to be totally unprofessional and rude. He ultimately told me that he didn’t even want to do the job for me and that I should go somewhere else. When I asked what his name was, he said “Mark” and refused to give me his last name. He did tell me that he was the owner who I now know is Mark Weinholtz.I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service that I have experienced in my life. If he had listened to my story, sympathized with my position and then told me that unfortunately there wasn’t anything he could do for me, I would have just gotten the work done. But rather than listening, he talked over me and generally didn’t care what I had to say.The worst part of this is that this guy was the owner and treated me this way. Ultimately, I guess we did agree on one thing - Twin City Glass won’t be replacing my glass shower wall.Perhaps this guy knows how to sell things to contractors and builders, but he certainly doesn’t know how to talk to the end customer or to provide customer service. I am strongly recommending that you avoid doing business with this company!
