“Nice shop, has just about everything you can think of. Reasonable prices. The vinyl and stereo equipment is a nice addition. Decent people. Despite a no return policy, I was let know that for future reference the policy would be in effect, but I was allowed to return something I'd purchased earlier in the day. That's class. Go to spot from now on.”

“Very friendly staff. Super helpful and knowledgeable too. They always take the time to answer questions or show you different equipment or supplies. I've never felt rushed, even if there is another customer waiting. I've been the customer waiting and it's never bothered me because I know they'd spend the same amount of time if I had questions. This is my go-to vape store, highly recommend.”

I bought the know out bar and plan to try it this weekend. I have been in other shops before but this is the first time a came across someone willing to listen and help me. “Open 24/7 for when the craving has you up at odd hours. Main street location so parking suuuuucks. Great selection though, and cool staff that knows their itsh. I think I had a panic attack watching 2 rats cross me from the street to the lot next door when I was going back to my car. It cant be from a vape store though cuz there's no food to attract them. City life ??♀️”

“I stopped by Smoke Linq on Elmwood Ave and had an awesome experience! The staff here are super friendly and helpful — they take the time to answer questions and make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell they care about their customers and know their products really well. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops in the area, and the store is always clean and organized. Whether you’re a regular or stopping in for the first time, they make you feel welcome. Definitely my go-to spot in Buffalo for great service and fair prices. Highly recommend Smoke Linq!”

“Used to love going to this place, even after the flavor ban. The staff was very personable, prices were fair, great location, etc. However, my wife and I discovered that there were places around WNY that still sell flavored e-liquids....? Pre-made and boxed up, not made fresh like Vape E's. But, we had to make the switch. The regular tobacco flavor would occasionally make me feel sick for whatever reason. If they were to start selling the same stuff other places have (Red's brand of flavored liquids), I'd return no problems.”

“I went in there on a Saturday morning, the staff was very nice and helpful. I searched every where in Buffalo for CAMO natural leaf wraps, this is the only place that has them. It was a little pricey compared to the online price, but I was happy to pay it.”

“Buff City has been a quiet staple in my life since childhood—an unassuming sanctuary nestled in the heartbeat of Buffalo, New York. Long before I understood the value of ritual and routine, I found myself returning to its doors, drawn by a familiar atmosphere that seemed to echo something sacred and enduring. The store wasn’t just a place—it was a rhythm, a scent, a memory laced with innocence and continuity. Over the years, Buff City became more than a storefront. It transformed into a symbol of rootedness—a fragrant reliquary of my upbringing in this city. Each visit evokes a deep, almost liturgical nostalgia: the same bars of soap lined like icons on a shelf, the same warm greetings from behind the counter, the same sense that time, though it races outside, somehow slows down here. There’s a quiet dignity in places like Buff City. They don’t demand your attention—they earn it over years of quiet faithfulness. I’ve grown, changed, and moved through countless seasons, but Buff City remains—a quiet testament to constancy in a world too quick to forget its origins.”

“So they have these two girls that work there that are wonderful and always work their butts off. The girls are always friendly and extremely helpful. The problem is lately. They haven't stocked on the popular flavors. it's a huge disappointment when you drive out there and for months, they don't have the flavor that you're looking for. . Then when you are forced to buy the kit to get the flavor you want the kits are expired old and don't work and the flavor taste burnt. Please work on getting this done as I will be going elsewhere.”

“Wet vapes has become my go-to because of how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is, their very competitive prices, and their diverse range of merchandise. I've looked around, done my shopping, and they deserve every bit of my patronage. It's hard to find a better deal or friendlier staff.”
