“Very friendly staff. Super helpful and knowledgeable too. They always take the time to answer questions or show you different equipment or supplies. I've never felt rushed, even if there is another customer waiting. I've been the customer waiting and it's never bothered me because I know they'd spend the same amount of time if I had questions. This is my go-to vape store, highly recommend.”

Not only are the hours of operation ideal , but the girl working was truly wonderful . She had great customer service, was knowledgeable , and was just really kind treated me like I was the biggest customer . I also enjoyed petting the cat. The store was huge had a ton of options and prices were more than affordable. I would recommend this place to anybody that I know and I will definitely be going back again!”

“Used to love going to this place, even after the flavor ban. The staff was very personable, prices were fair, great location, etc. However, my wife and I discovered that there were places around WNY that still sell flavored e-liquids....? Pre-made and boxed up, not made fresh like Vape E's. But, we had to make the switch. The regular tobacco flavor would occasionally make me feel sick for whatever reason. If they were to start selling the same stuff other places have (Red's brand of flavored liquids), I'd return no problems.”

I went to this shop because my coworker recommended it and it didn’t disappoint. I wanted to buy Geekvape cartridges but they didn’t have them in stock (like most other places also don’t) so I thought I’d have to find them online but instead the owner told me he could order them for me and would give me a call when they would’ve arrived. So I’ve dropped my phone number and received a call 4 days later that the order arrived and I could come pick them up. I highly recommend this place for all your vaping needs. “So they have these two girls that work there that are wonderful and always work their butts off. The girls are always friendly and extremely helpful. The problem is lately. They haven't stocked on the popular flavors. it's a huge disappointment when you drive out there and for months, they don't have the flavor that you're looking for. . Then when you are forced to buy the kit to get the flavor you want the kits are expired old and don't work and the flavor taste burnt. Please work on getting this done as I will be going elsewhere.”
“Full honesty — I go to the smoke shop a couple times a week. It’s kind of my thing.
There’s a closer shop near my house where the Uber round trip is about $11, but coming to this one is closer to $25. It’s still worth it because their prices are better, the selection is stronger, and they actually run good deals and have a rewards system.
I recently switched to Foggers, and a lot of other shops seem pretty limited on flavors lately — sometimes barely carrying them at all. This location usually has a solid variety in stock, which I really appreciate.
I’ve been stopping in here on and off since I moved to Buffalo about two years ago, but I mostly went to the closer shop for convenience. After spending more time here recently, I’m definitely switching. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming without being pushy, which means a lot since I have pretty bad social anxiety. They’ve even been incredibly patient during moments when I felt overwhelmed, and never once made me feel rushed.
Good prices, great selection, and even better customer service. It’s absolutely worth the extra trip.”
