This is not about the location this is about a product which Walgreens site won't let me leave review. Don't buy online or anywhere the calm and focus berry pills which are for the children totally useless

February 2024: Out of complete desperation (this is the only place in our area that administers the COVID test he needs for work), my husband made an appointment to get a test here. He left the house this morning, so sick with a COVID high fever that he could barely get out of bed, and sat in drive through for about 15 minutes. Once somebody bothered to see him, he was told that their tests expired. All of the people that work there and nobody could check ahead of time to give him a heads up? 15 minutes later they finally found a different location who has the tests, so they put him in for 2 hours later. Meaning , instead of resting so he could get well and return to work, he had to leave the house for a second time and drive 20 minutes to a different location. This pharmacy couldn't even get a COVID test right! And COVID isn't uncommon in this area right now, especially for this time of year. So, here I am again to say, if you care about your time or your health, believe me, this is not the pharmacy for you. We've been going to a small family owned pharmacy for almost a year now... all of maybe 5 people who work there and we haven't once had a problem with any of their services, ever. How does a pharmacy through multi billion dollar company manage to get everything wrong, every time we have to use them? 2023: If your script is something that you need, and you can't run out of it, I would not recommend going here. My husband has been coming for a few months now. He is on a medication that he cant go without. He gets the same medication, called in every 2 weeks to a month and called in two days before it is due to be filled. You would think that the consistency would mean that they have it in stock. It doesn't. More times than not I've had a problem getting this script for him. Which is a suprise because, after the first time getting the script, I always call the pharmacy on the date it's sent by the doctor to ask them to order it. This is what the pharmacist advised me to do... me, a customer and not a paid employee. Pretty bizarre. I've called ahead twice (once to have it ordered, again to have it filled) just to get there and wait for over an hour (30 minutes behind 1 car in drive thru and 40+ min inside)... for them to tell me they don't have all of his medication. One day was especially bad when (yet again), they didnt have it and we both had to take time away from work to have it sent somewhere else by his doctor. Same as usual...called in 2 days in advance, I called the pharmacy to order it 2 days in advance. Thankfully I called to check up on it that morning as today is Friday. What if I had just trusted them to have it ready when I got out of work, and his doctor was gone for the day? He would've had to go all weekend without his medication. What if we didn't have a car to go across town to another pharmacy? There is always some headache or frustration that takes me, or even both of us away from our lives and jobs to deal with whatever nonsense is up next. I'm at the point where I actually get anxiety on the day I have to pick it up because I know something will go wrong. All of the times I have been here and I've never had a good expierience. Finally I have learned my lesson - I will never go here again. If your script is important, then save yourself the headache and the complications from not having it in time. I certainly would not trust this pharmacy.

I take daily medication for migraines. 4 months ago my doctor doubled my dosage from 30/month to 60/month and Walgreens gave me that dosage.Out of nowhere, without warning, and without telling me they just halved my dosage. When I called for help to get the rest of my medication I got 0 help on the phone and the person answering just tried telling me I never was getting the double amount. Instead of actually helping to resolve my problem they just straight up tried to gaslight me and tried telling me that I have been taking 1 pill a day instead of 2 for 3 months, that they never gave me 60 pills instead of 30.With the lack of professionalism that I experienced and the fact that the app works half the time - just go somewhere else. It was my migraine medication but who knows if they’d be this careless with other more important medications.

Came in for Covid Booster shot. Was told to sit and wait. No customers after 30 minutes went back and ask",how much longer" , pharmacist was filling drug orders ? ,again was told to sit down and wait but told was waiting over 30 minutes. Then told will be with shortly. Sat down and after a few minutes was called in for shot.

When I refill prescriptions this Walgreens location on Payne Ave is nearly always out of stock and I have to wait an extra day or two before it is filled. The wait times for the pharmacy are also ridiculously long. Every time I pick anything up I can plan on waiting at least 15 minutes, either inside or in the drive-thru. Planning on switching pharmacies.

I've been going to this Walgreens for years, routinely for medications for my family. The pharmacist (I think?) Who gave me and my daughter flu shots for the last two years is wonderful, and everyone else has been generally kind until today. The person behind the pharmacy counter had just the worst attitude and seemed irritated and talked to her colleagues about the fact that I requested covid tests for my daughter who's sick. She didn't explain why we were waiting and interrupted me when I tried to ask about them, I eventually figured out that she was waiting for insurance approval but hearing her say to her coworkers that people can get COVID tests for every little cold was just weird and frustrating. Is it not a good thing to be testing? I was so uncomfortable. We're switching to rite aid down the street. I don't want to deal with that kind of person.
