Jen & the entire Evolution team did a beautiful job restoring our historic 1903 dutch colonial home. We kept all the charm from the original house, while modernizing the high functioning spaces and adding necessary storage space. Overall, the team was friendly, efficient and extremely hard working, getting our entire project completed in under 3 months. Most impressive part - the moulding and craftsmanship - you can hardly tell the difference between the original moulding and the new because of how well they match the style of the home. Excited to enjoy our new home and start entertaining!

Let me tell you something about Jen Devito: this woman is amazing with a HUGE capital A!!!!!
She took her time with us every step of the way.
She was kind. Caring but also honest and upfront.
Her professionalism and the team she assembled were the best of the best!!
And to top it off: the results and experience was a wonder!!
She listed our house in Huntington Station on a Thursday evening, held open houses over the weekend, spent days and nights fielding calls from interested buyers along with my wife and I, and we had 9 excellent qualified offers by Monday evening!!
So happy with Evolution and Jen Devito!!

I highly recommend Evolution Real Estate and Renovations. Laura Tutton was our agent and she sold our home in one weekend. Laura Tutton was completely professional and took away a lot of stress that can go along with selling a house. Ms. Tutton was available at all times of the day to answer questions and handle anything that came up during the process. The flat fee was an added bonus. Jen was a tremendous help in selling our Mother's house. She recommended very good professionals to help with repairs on the house, provide cleanup and a lawyer who did an outstanding job. Jen was very responsive to our needs and questions. The house was sold above asking price with multiple offers within a week. Her fee was more than reasonable and we would highly recommend Jen.
