Staff is always rude when we go watching you as if you are doing something wrong for shopping. For an energy store, this place has really bad energy. I always want to support local business but the vibe in here is really bad and owners extremely rude. They get irritated if you want a bag for your purchase. Many other great energy stores in Huntington.

I have been going to this store for years and I never leave empty handed. Such beautiful pieces of jewelry at very reasonable prices. They gave beads crystals scarves bags etc. so much to delight the eye. They gift wrap for you and are very pleasant!

Nice little themed gift shop, carrying an onslaught of interesting items. Obviously some of them are tacky and cheap but you can definitely find some cool and useful things as well. As others have noted the prices are mostly fair but some items can be a little bit overpriced for what they are. Overall if you're able to control impulses this is a great shop to visit and look around for the perfect item/gift, but otherwise probably a pass. They carry crystals, greeting cards, jewelry, incense, and a ton more.

long time listener, first time caller. i've been going to heartichoke for years - i don't necessarily understand the reviews below as i've never had a poor experience. the staff is ALWAYS helpful, never rude, and they always greet me. my point in leaving a review is that they have been very open about the year they had prior, on top of what we all experienced with covid. how about a little grace, humility, and understanding? don't try to tear down their business because you experienced someone having a bad day, or not greeting you just right, or informing you about closing time. which by the way lol - did you bother to check the time???? don't even show up to my store 5 mins before closing bc i'll be much ruder than simply informing you what time we close. nope. this is a 5 star establishment. i will never bring my money anywhere else.

Don't let the negative reviews stop you from coming! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, and the place never disappoints. I can always find something cute and unique as a gift, and usually end up buying something for my self as well! Most of the things I've bought over the years are still in my house because they've held up well. There was a mention about proof of vaccine in another review, it doesn't seem unreasonable to either provide that or wear a mask. Overall, a great place. Don't sleep on it!

What a hypocritical illogical owner. The boast about health and wellness and then they act like tyrants and demand you inject your self to shop there . Plenty of other caring establishments who understand everyone is created differently and their health is too.

They really expect you to show proof of your health information to buy some cheap garbage gift . Tyrants .

Benn coming here for what has been my lifetime. I always was previously warmly welcomed, thanked for shopping in a local main st business but since this pandemic the staff has become rude, mean, downright awful to many of us in the community. Had i not mentioned it after several experiences i wouldn't have known others are feeling it too. There is a young man who is so aggressive, not happy and makes you feel so unwelcome. Lets face it i am here to buy a gift, a keepsake, a treasure for someone important to me in my life. Maybe its my weight, my clothing style, my hair color, my age -I am not sure but i am saddened by the last visit when i picked up something to see it and he wouldn't stay away from my side staring at me and constantly saying dont pick that up, dont pick this up, stay by the door. It was awkward. I like to browse, shop, get unique gifts especially from here and it isn't inexpensive here. I pay for quality and customer service and from now on ill venture to other shops down more into town where the owners, staff and support staff care if they have business, have customers support them, care to ask why kind of a gift I am looking for. So sad bc i bought a set of "wood" pencils and that gift went a long way with the person who received it... its been discussed at many Seders and other holiday gatherings. Maybe training in in order here or maybe the shop keepers arent interested anymore to give customer service. WOW Northport is changing and with the staff attitudes not for my liking.I shoulve read the reviews from Tara, James and others who feel this way as well. It was a favorite of mine when i go to the village. Hope the owners care enough to improve on that youngmans behaviors.

I went to go do a majority of my Christmas shopping there while I was in town. I used to love this store. Last time I was in town, I went in and they were a bit rude and forced you to use their sanitizer before you entered. This time they actually insist on your showing your papers for pored of vaccination before you can freely shop there without a mask. I walked right out. My medical decisions are none of their business. I went to Nest on Main instead and spent over $1000 on my gifts that I had planned to buy at that store.
