Worst pharmacy ever. We made appts for Covid and flu vaccines. They made us wait an over a half hour and then took the woman who had an appt 15 minutes after ours. I said we had an appt before her. The woman said, "You're next." I said how long will it be though because we have been waiting 40 minutes. She said, "You're next!" With a huge attitude. What is the point of making appointments if they just take whoever is in front of them first? There were no seats available for us because the woman who had the appointment after us put her coat sprawled on the other seats plus we don't want to sit in close quarters with people since there are so many viruses going around. Never filling a prescription here again. They really need to review their policies.

The pharmacy does not follow CDC guidance regarding Covid. At best they just didn't really know what was going on. Their pharmacist is disinterested in working with walk in patients and was ignorant of CDC guidance as it relates to Covid. Their overall level of care was awful. I suggest people try Shop & Stop a mile or so west of the store. They were great.

The worst pharmacy ever. I have been on the same meds for 14 years, I get them every month for 14 years from Walgreens in Npt. Every month it is like the first time they ever filled it... This month I ran out and forgot to call them in a week in advance. My primary care is on vacation until next week. Instead of giving me a few to hold me over the pharmacist was like "tough luck for you" her best suggestion was to go an emergency clinic. I think there may be new ownership as the store has really gone down hill lately but this is the same middle aged female pharmacist that has been there and filling this same med for 14 for years. I know the old mom and pop pharmacy days are over but these Walgreen franchises don't work - I guess this is why the mailaway service is so popular. Since I am out of meds I will give CVS a try using my cardiologist. I am tired of the exceptionally poor service at Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy ever! They never have medication in, always have to wait for it to come in sometimes days. They are always out of stock, even for common antibiotics. It's ridiculous. The pharmacists are extremely nasty too. They are pissed off when you ask them simple questions, they are idiots. I had to change to CVS. It is 100 times better, and the pharmacists are friendly and, actually know what they are talking about. They also close very early. There's nothing good about this pharmacy.

pharmacist woman is not pleasant to customers or staff. I witnessed on a few occasions. She needs hospitality classes. She's know who she is "R" is the name I believe. If she doesn't like her job she should find another. She should be nice to the staff.

The pharmacists at this Walgreens are exceptional. Nice, smart and trustworthy. I trust them with our medications and all our shots. The store itself could use some redecoration - it looks a bit like the store that Walgreens corporate forgot. But don't let the look of the store fool you - the pharmacy is top notch - you won't find a better group of people than those behind that pharmacy counter!

Photo Department is disorganized. After ordering online an 8 x 10 and 5 x 7 of a group of people at a wedding, I was shocked to see that people were cut out of both pictures. When I returned to the store I was NOT offered a refund. I was told to take a picture of the photo on my phone. Why do they have a website where you can upload pictures from your computer and pick a certain size? I am so angry because I don't have time to keep going back and forth. I also was pressured into buying one of those red noses, which I had already purchased some place else. DO NOT HAVE A WEBSITE UNLESS IT SAYS WARNING -- PICTURES WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN THE ONES YOU SUBMIT. So upset. At the very least, an apology and a refund would have been the right thing to do. Never shopping here!!!!

The pharmacists and staff here at the Northport Walgreens are so incredibly nice and go out of their way all the time. When I needed an uncommon medication the night before a surgery, the pharmacist searched multiple stores and made sure that I got it. They even checked up on me after surgery to make sure I was feeling better. I will go here and give them my business as much as I possibly can.
