“Walked in mid afternoon, and drove away in record time with the car I wanted. The longest part of the experience was the drive test and I appreciated that. Jonah Excell, Dillon Dodge and Cassie Barrows were amazing. Thank you”

“Five-star service! They were extremely professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish. Even though the shop was very busy, they got my car back to me in less than three days. I really appreciate their fast turnaround and great communication. Thank you so much!”

“These guys are great !!! Very reasonable prices and great work. I just had front & rear brakes put on my 2020 RAV 4. They had the best price in the area by far. I saved at least $200.00 over anyone else. I will definitely be using them again.”

“The last couple months I've had two issues with my vehicle after a deer hit. I decided to bring it to professional tire for the first issue being my radiator fluid was spilling onto the ground after engine overheated. I brought it in the next day and the owner was professional and polite the entire process while also being honest. Not only did him and his team fix it within a reasonable time frame they called me to let me know it was ready. When I went down to pick it up he went over the bill with me so I understood what charge was what and why etc. I have been left at shops with no communication whatsoever even after calling and calling and calling. For them to call me and then to even take the time to explain the bill I was so impressed. The shop is also very clean and organized.”

“I want to thank the service and parts department at Matthews Ford in Norwich for replacing the batteries in my key fobs. I currently lease a Nissan Rogue from Matthews Nissan in Clay. After receiving alerts from my vehicle that the key batteries were low I decided to go to Matthews in Norwich since I live near by and ask if they would replace the batteries. Without hesitation I was sent to the parts department and was told by the gentleman at the service desk entrance that he would let them know I was coming. I was immediately met by a service technician who took both key fobs and replaced the batteries for me. I asked how much I owe them and was told nothing. I have received the same type of service at this department when I have had work done in CIay and needed to have the lug nuts checked after returning home. I cannot speak highly enough about the way the service department in Norwich has always been accommodating without hesitation to be of help. The staff I have dealt with has always been so kind, friendly and generous. Again THANK YOU!!!”

“We bought a new car at Mccredy motors yesterday and our salesman Tom and everyone at the dealership went above & beyond to help put us In the vehicle we wanted. It's a small dealership and it's like dealing with friends or family.”

“I have purchased all my vehicles from Bill Rapp of Subaru (formerly Benedict's) and have been happy with each one.The excellent Service Department managed by Constance Miller is a big reason why I buy my vehicles there. It is nice to have a place to take my car for maintenance and every service need knowing that I will receive superb care. It is nice to be able to work with Connie who makes sure everything that needs attention gets it.”

“Great sometimes. Then sometimes less so. Here we go..."Disclaimer: This review was not sponsored or drafted by any affiliated personnel, nor does it include any paid promotions. It focuses solely on my experiences at the Walmart Tire, Lube, & Express department and does not cover my opinions on the absence of people greeters at Walmart or the Bentonville cultural shift towards bicyclists. My experiences at this Walmart TLE have been quite diverse. The managerial staff, led by someone with an expansive breadth of knowledge that spans not just automotive care but also areas like carpentry, brings a high level of competence and commitment to quality service. This multi-talented leadership is approachable and proactive, adding substantial value to this location. However, the service falters when it comes to some of the newer technicians. Assistance with batteries, tires, and rims has been inconsistent, often marked by a lack of information, dismissive attitudes, or an unwillingness to assist. On a positive note, the cashier staff adds a welcome layer of expertise and goodwill. Their service goes beyond what you might expect, elevating the entire experience. In conclusion, this Walmart TLE location offers a blend of strong managerial competence and exceptional cashier service, though there are areas that could use improvement. My experiences have been mixed, but I believe in providing constructive feedback to help businesses grow. After all, we all benefit when a business goes the extra mile—or adds unexpected 'mileage' in unique ways.By reading this review to the end, you warrant extended payment and praise for the investment of your time in the perusal of this dialectic discourse. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope my insights prove useful for both potential customers and the TLE team as they continue to fine-tune their services."”

“Absolutely the best vacuums anywhere in Norwich I am so grateful I have pets. I spent like four bucks and I did more with this vacuum than any place in Norwich spending almost $10.”
