“I’ve been a happy customer of Fernettes for a few years, for my trucks and my family’s cars. It’s a family owned shop, decent people, and good to work with. I have found them to be a very honest shop and the work they have done on my vehicles has been excellent.While I try to plan ahead and make an appointment - it is a very busy shop, I have also rolled in right before a road trip to do some maintenance, and had trucks towed to them that needed significant work. I’ve had frame repair done, also a great job.Customer service here is really good, and these folks have taken care of me in a pinch and worked things out every time, so I am a long term customer for sure.Overall, this is probably the best shop I have been to.
