“The last couple months I've had two issues with my vehicle after a deer hit. I decided to bring it to professional tire for the first issue being my radiator fluid was spilling onto the ground after engine overheated. I brought it in the next day and the owner was professional and polite the entire process while also being honest. Not only did him and his team fix it within a reasonable time frame they called me to let me know it was ready. When I went down to pick it up he went over the bill with me so I understood what charge was what and why etc.

I have been left at shops with no communication whatsoever even after calling and calling and calling. For them to call me and then to even take the time to explain the bill I was so impressed. The shop is also very clean and organized.”
