“UPDATE: My sincere apologies about the review below I wrote a month ago. It was not your bank that cashed the check, it was a Chase Bank that cashed the check on our NBT account. I will leave this posted for awhile and then rewrite it in the positive, my apologies again.
You really need to train your tellers not to cash a $2400.00 check with no name/business on the check! And then want to charge $35.00 a month to do what you could not do in the first place, protect our account! Armature's?”

“Best bank I've ever done business with. All other banks had hidden fees, did not offer "real" time banking, and were just stressful to deal with. I've been a member of vfcu for four years now and no problems at all. The staff are friendly, Knowledgeable, and know me by name.Only downside that I can think of, it's very hard to reach a live representative by phone.”
