“My sister and I stopped in the store to ask for help setting up our mother's phone with Assistive Access. This is basically simplyfying the phone features for our aging mother so that it is easy for her to use in case of emergencies. The staff at the store was EXTREMELY helpful. We mostly interacted with Amanda but the other person working today also chimed in with some tips. Amanda was awesome. She was patient and explained how to access the settings, make changes, and resecure the phone. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful experience we had at this store.”
