“Exceptional customer service. Very patient and professional especially in dealing with a novice with very limited knowledge about Verizon and all their services. Appreciate that they explained clearly the reasons behind warranties and protection plans. Definitely will go back if needed and a special thank you to Phil who was very knowledgeable but never talked down to me and was a pleasure.”

“My fiance and I wanted to get on a phone plan together so we looked into spectrum mobile and went with it, so we went in and it was a super easy and smooth process to switch carriers and it was a great price too! Steve was an amazing salesman! Not pushy and was super patient with us! They were all very friendly! Thank you steve and the rest of the team!”
