The store manager, Amanda, was truly exceptional. She is erudite, professional, and handles customers with remarkable patience and kindness. What stood out most was her poise and ability to remain courteous and friendly even when dealing with customers who were less than polite. That level of professionalism is rare and deserves recognition.
Amanda clearly sets a high standard for customer service and leadership. AT&T would be wise to promote her and increase her compensation to reflect the tremendous value she brings to both the company and its customers.
