When I first started to work here I noticed right away that racism still existed!! I should have walked out right after orientation but felt I could do it with God by my side but I was so wrong I am a human just like them the constant stares and looks people gave me and the way they try to sabotage me made me just say God please cover me I worked here for almost 2 months in housekeeping and laundry and the stuff I seen here it’s simple amazes me how they are still open for business!! How can one tell me it’s about the residents when as far as I can see the residents come last!!!! why would we clean all common areas before even touching a patient room. The supervisor Tracy tries to befriend you when in reality the way she feels about herself shows thru she only had 2 times to insult me before I went walking you won’t get a third time to humiliate me!!! And as for the residents I feel extremely bad for these residents with the level of neglect they experience on a daily basis and that’s just in the time frame I was there so imagine what happens after I clock out at 2:30 pm!! Left in soiled diapers for hours, the hallways reek of urine from them being left in nastiest conditions especially on the second floor, call lights gone unanswered just left in the hallway straggling along in front of the nurses station, not having any sense of the day or season it maybe! Don’t get me wrong there are some good CNA’s and nurses here but some are not even licensed And don’t let them think the state is about to show up cuz now they expectation of you goes thru the roof but if everyone was doing what they was supposed to be doing in the first place to make it a safe and sanitary place for these residents their job would be a lot easier and stress free but cutting corners seems to be the best option for them being under staffed! A lot of them need some more training especially when it comes to professionalism! But I guess what other option do you have for your loved one when it comes to the end of life. I advise you to find another option like love on your love one at home in their last days and trust me the administrator knows all what goes on here joking in a meeting about how they will see the call light about 1 and half hour later so shameful!!!! I would never put a dog in that place I said what I said and I stand on it every word I said

I had such a wonderful experience here. I was treated so fair by staff, and really enjoyed the therapy team they worked really hard with me. All aspects of my stay here were terrific and I would refer this place to anyone as a great place for short-term rehab.

With the exception of 2 staff RNs and 1 aid during the week of my Uncles stay at this facility I found staff rude and neglectful. Calls for help went unanswered, medications were not given and side effects appeared to confirm. Staff neglected to notice a serious illness which led to hospitalization and the death of my loved one. Definitely do NOT recommend this facility for any reason!

Would you trust a nursing home who treats their employees like this to care for your family member? Think about it. This is unacceptable and they need to be held accountable. I hope this young lady sues.

while recovering from my sixth back; I was there for 10 days. Only 2 days out of my 10 day stay did I get my medications as prescribed and on time.My food was rarely what I ordered and scraped from the bottom of pans (leftovers) after dinner service in the dining hall because I ate in my room.My dog gets better treatment from our vet. When I did get kicked out because insurance felt I was okay to be at home by myself; I was sent home with an infected surgical incision in my lower back.

my father-in law was here for a short while, and this place is abysmal. My father-in-law had stitches in his arm and the bandage was not changed or looked at for 3 days. Only when I called did things change. He needed towels and they gave him towels I would use to wash my car. They were all stained with something. Zero stars from me.

Should be reported for gross neglect. Our loved one was there for 4 days and almost died of dehydration. He wasn't provided food, water, basic hygiene or essential medical care. He wasn't treated like a human being and will probably never recover. It's truly sickening.

You cannot provide human and humane services when you treat your employees like they are not human. If you can treat another human with such disrespect and disregard, what else are you capable of? Families should not trust their loved ones with this facility and their racist behavior.

Do NOT send your loved ones here if they are a minority and do NOT apply to work here if you are a minority. They are RACIST and allow discriminatory behavior and harassment towards staff members, I can’t imagine how they treat their patients.

Had my love one their and I will never recommend this place to anyone. They had him in a broken bed for a week and a half and they did not shave him like we asked them to do. And it took them a week before they actually gave him a shower after i complained.

The staff has been very good to my grandmother. She is on the 3rd floor for rehab currently. They are very kind and have kept me well updated on her status since admission. She seems to be doing well this is a difficult time as we are unable to visit due to the pandemic but everyone is very nice there and makes sure she can talk to us a couple times a day. We are grateful for the loving care she has recieved.

This facility isn’t even worth a one star rating. I don’t even know where to start when it comes to complaints about this “nursing home”. From repeated outright lies from the “social worker”, to “care planning meetings” that myself and my sibling were oh so conveniently left out of and unaware of. The list goes on and on with this joke of a facility. If your loved one needs a loving, caring facility, steer clear of this place. Anyone leaving a positive review of this facility obviously hasn’t dealt with having a relative here, or is an employee trying to boost google ratings.
