Don't go here if you expect quick, efficient service. Seems every day there is someone new there who needs to take 10 minutes asking for help. Also, forget about calling to check on the status of new scripts, because I have been on hold for the last 40 minutes with 3 other calls in queue only to find out they filled the wrong script. They did not ask for verification either when I went there yesterday. I get that there are not many people working there but it is a waste of time, especially after work. Do better. I will be going to Walmart from now on, I am tired of being patient and being disrespected in the process.

Prescriptions take forever. Had one 'out of stock' and then in review for several days (after being two weeks overdue) where I had to pester them and magically it was ready in 5 minutes. Had the doctor call in a prescription to have ready, but they wont fill it until the day of due (when they filled the previous). THE DOCTOR CALLED IT IN. I'm going elsewhere, as I've given them several chances and I SERIOUSLY need this medication. I'm done with the headaches.
Some of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy is slow. Was waiting for 45 mins in the drive thru because they just barely look for meds and act like they didn't care

I visited Norwich Walgreens today.
Connor assisted me with a difficult photography/printing project.
He gave above and beyond customer service.
I felt valued, and his support was top notch.
I highly recommend this store.
Thanks Connor for being so professional and kind.

It's taken two separate days to pick up three prescriptions. Line so long, 45 minute wait and they notified people they were closing. Currently been at the drive thru window for 24 minutes with no explanation given. I'm not blaming one particular person as I get it everywhere is understaffed, but long waits are a forever constant at this location with little to no emphasis given on customer service.

They have a little bit of everything. The store is very expensive and your money will go 3x further at Walmart, but if you just need one thing and don't want to be out all day, it's an okay place to shop.

Working with my doctors office they were able to o obtain the medication I needed_ that 3 other pharmacies claim they can't get or try and pass off the generic instead.

Their automated system counter acts with the ability of the pharmacist, resulting in major incompetence. I have 4 meds I take, but have 19 active prescriptions.. They have no clue what they’re doing most times. If you live in Norwich, go to Walmart, they’ll actually hep.

I had a script for insulin that I needed to be filled. I contacted them a week prior to my insulin going out and had many issues getting my prescriptions filled some weeks I went without medication. I have switched pharmacies since my interaction with Walgreens.

I was told my wife’s prescriptions would be ready in 1/2 hour. I said OK, because she was not comfortable. After waiting 45 minutes I saw an email saying the scrips were ready 30 minutes prior. This, after being assured they would call my name in the waiting area when they were done. Bad show, Walgreens. I may take my business elsewhere.

In the past month, there has been several times that my mother and I both had phone calls stating that prescriptions were ready for pickup. Drove down there and not ready. Not all the people but some act like it's no big deal to have to come back later. I have witnessed this alot in the last year. Sad to watch when it's an elderly person. Not everyone lives close by. I have seen some employees have very nasty attitudes. I blame management for this. They need to get their facility organized. They told my mother last night that we could pick up her medicine last night if we wanted. I drove down there at 10 this morning. They told me I would have to wait 30 minutes. I predict they will be on their way out if something does not change. You just can't keep treating these people like this
