Recently, the employees listened to me and willingly checked my vehicle and corrected the problem. As a woman, that is appreciated.”
“Was camping from out of state last summer and vehicle wouldn't start after getting to camp site (awful). Was concerned someone might try and upcharge me since I had few options, but they came quickly to the camp site, towed my car and fixed my problem the following Monday morning - which ended up being some sort of electrical problem of unknown origin - for a reasonable price. It actually took a couple tries to troubleshoot what was wrong (still not exactly sure but think something shorted after using auxiliary outlet) -- they originally charged me because it was starting, but then it didn't get off the lot. They spent about an hour messing with it to try and fix it, and ended up getting it going. What I appreciated most was the honesty - guy told me he was not sure he had fixed it, and wished me well in terms of getting home. I'm happy to say the car has been running for five months since then with no problems. And he did not charge me anything extra for the hour they spent tinkering it after I had paid.”
