Whoever was working today on April 15 at Almost 5 PM should be ashamed of themselves. When the public comes in to ask for help especially when the main doors are still open, one would expect the follow-through while in the lobby. Instead greeted with the window being slammed in their face with two people still inside… It’s just not a good look. No wonder everyone moves out of that area. It’s because everyone has that mentality, small town, USA.. Here’s an idea if you don’t wanna go the extra mile don’t work there. You’re in the business of customer service. Poor poor poor service. I’m not really sure how that woman still has a job !!

Never had a problem at the Norwich NY Post Office. Staff is always very helpful, and try to get you in and out fast. ??

How does a package get lost when you hand it to a postal worker & it is in their hands only until it supposedly reaches its destination?I will never mail anything through this place again.One job and they apparently can’t even do that

The shrewd ladies here are thieves! They will greet you with a warm smile and Howdy, but then over-sell you the real cost of postage -- but not fully affix your purchased postage. No surprise then, half your mail will never reach your destination, but thanks to these thieves half-stealing you, you can never prove their guile!Postal Inspectors have long been advised of these schemes, but either those federal cops are too far away to check out this sleepy town, or worse, like most other businesses here they are related to these postal vermin.

I’ve recently been having issues with packages being delivered to my house for a few months now, always got the “sorry we missed you” note and had to pick them up even though I’m home when the mail comes by. So I called the post master and spoke to him personally. Jeff was his name. He told me he would look into and handle it. Not too long after the phone call, the package was at my doorstep. Thanks Jeff! Now that’s customer service!

After reading so many negative reviews I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I needed to renew my passport and have it expedited. Scott was extremely helpful and we got it sent out.

Horrible experience didn't even want to give it one Star. Customer service was very rude. Lisa the customer service lady was upset because I had quarters and she had to do some counting which she was not very good at by the way! I feel like they need all NEW STAFF! LISA DO ME A FAVOR SMILE IT'S NOT THAT BAD! YOUR JOB, YOUR LIFE, CAN'T BE THAT BAD! SMILE LISA!??

Worst post office I’ve ever dealt with, never had my mail fluxuate so much as to wether I’ll get it or not. Pathetic.

Packages never delivered on date.. keep getting message access was not available. Funny , mail was left at the mail box.. just admit they were to lazy to reach over and put a phone case in the mail box..
