“We were visiting the area when our dog unexpectedly died. I called Pet Street Station and was able to immediately take our dog in for cremation. This occurred on a Friday and we were leaving the area on Monday. The staff was able to cremate and return the ashes to us on Monday. Throughout, the staff was empathetic and responsive. Afterwards, they sent us a lovely note of sympathy even though we don’t live in the area. Kindness matters.”
