This guy is the worst mechanic shop you will go to I was broken down the guy said he could fix my vehicle an I had to pay 150.00$ for quote broken wire an he claimed he fixed it but the next day I go to start it didn't crank so now I'm having to take it to another shop due to the poor service I received from this man be very careful using this man horrible an will rip someone off.

Bob’s does a good job of listening to the problem I’m experiencing and making a good repair. I have never had a problem with service I’ve had done there.

Bob went above and beyond with the service .Vehicle went In for one thing and came out with another issue..and they were more than happy to take care of the issue ...I would give them ten stars of I could!!!

I traveled from FL to Norwood in late June and my tire pressure indicator light came on. Took it to Bob’s Auto and they found a slow leak and plugged the tire. Very friendly and reasonable priced.Service: Tires

The only mechanic I trust enough to drop my vehicle and let him work on it, every else id have to watch or just do the work myself. Price is not bad considering the experience he has.

I first moved into Potsdam NY looking for a good mechanic because good mechanics are like good doctors, very hard to find. I actually drove around and searched visually for an auto shop that looked like they were efficient and cared. I saw Bobs auto sign and said to myself, this is the place! I've been there a number of times and will always go back. Bob and Mike are professional and courteous and super friendly and do repairs excellently. His cost for oil changes and other small jobs is excellent. I pulled in with a major slow leak on a brand new Subaru and Mike fixed the flat instantly even though they were busy. Excellent shop, very nice people and excellent work. Thanks Bob and Mike. This is signed as Jo Wilkinson but my name is Marc!
