The maintenance crew are great!! Friendly, fix things in a timely manner. My mom has had just a few minor things fixed in the past 5 years, but never had any issues waiting for maintenance for repairs. Just a really nice place to live!!”

“We truly loved living at the Highlands in Westwood. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and the veranda overlooked the pool. It was a beautiful view. The staff is wonderful, maintenance was always handled quickly and with a smile. The amenities are second to none and the landscaping is impeccable. The common areas were all recently updated including the doors to each building, paint and carpeting. We will miss being a part of this beautiful community where you can tell the owners care. Our neighbors were also wonderful! Thank you for everything!”

The newest renovations on the property have been very welcomed like cameras, newly paved parking lot, and exterior illumination. The landscaping and open courtyard are beautifully maintained. Working with the leasing office, specifically Grace Kim, has always been a wonderful interaction and helpful whenever reaching out.”

“We moved into the Lofts a month ago, our first time living in an apartment since we bought a house over 50 years ago. Michelle, Susan and David have been absolutely wonderful.The apartment itself suits us perfectly and having the fitness center on our floor is incredibly convenient. The neighbors are friendly and we look forward to participating in all the community activities. Having moved from a house, it's also great having our own storage space in the garage.The high ceilings and almost floor to ceiling windows bring in a tremendous amount of light so it's always bright and cheery even on cloudy days.The proximity to all kinds of shopping and restaurants is tremendously convenient. We are just delighted that we made this move.”

“We’ve been owners, and fulltime residents, here for 7 years and it’s awesome. We swim and use the gym 3-4 times/wk. We have the security and convenience of a 24 hr doorman. The gym, pool, racquetball court, games rm, parking, maintenance – all included in our monthly fee. Our kids have been in the Tuckahoe schools since 1st and 3rd grades and are thriving and top of their classes. [Btw, Tuckahoe schools are totally under-rated and have exceptional teachers and sports!] And we can be on the train platform in 5 minutes. (3 at a push – believe me, I’ve done it!) I’d challenge anyone to find what the Tower Club offers in security, convenience, cost and amenities elsewhere.”

“I used to live at another property where the new manager, Brandi, worked, and I can honestly say she is one of the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with in property management. She was always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I had a question or concern. She truly cares about the residents and goes out of her way to make people feel heard and taken care of. The View on Nob Hill is lucky to have her as their new manager! I love the nob hill apartments!! No issues since I’ve moved in. I did have one small issue with my dishwasher and Curtis fixed it right away!”
