Make sure you ask for a specific person if they are recommended. Had a terrible experience with a salesperson. Very unprofessional, juvenile I would say. Quoted me a high price on a lease, no follow up until I went another route for buying. Got super aggressive and rude in the follow up call. Beware!

pre-owned Jeep Wrangler,. The staff were very helpful me with everything from the minute I walk in and even days later following up with up on my purchase, I’m im so happy………..

I had a very bad and deceptive experience with Toyota Universe.
I agreed with salesperson Carlos Rodriguez on a total price of $35,000 for my car, but later the dealership increased the price to $45,000 without my consent — and then added financing interest based on the $45,000 instead of the original $35,000.
The final cost became over $56,000, which is an unauthorized increase of more than $21,000.
It has been three weeks and I still haven’t received the car’s paperwork or title.
No one from the dealership — including Finance Manager Remy Braddock — is answering my calls or helping me resolve this issue.
This is unfair, deceptive, and potentially fraudulent, violating U.S. consumer protection laws.
I strongly advise others to be very careful dealing with Toyota Universe.

I’ll be honest if I could give this place zero stars I would but it’s not possible.
My friend leases a Jeep and has two open recalls on it that she has been trying to have fixed for the last three months however, Jeep has not been responsive to letting her know when the parts would be in in order to fix the recall notice. Her inspection was up and the two places we brought it to said that the recalls on the car wouldn’t allow it to pass inspection so we called the service department and waited on hold for over 10 minutes two different times just to make an appointment yet there are 6 people working in the office (not sure why the wait time is so high) :/ After waiting an obnoxious amount of time we were able to make the appointment for today. After dropping the car off at 7:30 in the morning and telling them I was her ride and we would need the car by the end of the school day (which was mentioned the day we made the apt on the phone) and to have someone call us when it was ready - SHOCKER NO PHONE CALL WAS EVER MADE telling her the car was done. Thankfully we didn’t hold our breath all day waiting for a phone call back which never came!
After witnessing her experience I will never go to this place for a car nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone I know or care about bc once they have your money they DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.
She wrote a letter to the owner about the poor phone etiquette and professionalism which once again was not answered NOT A SHOCKER.
I hope this review helps anyone that has been led into thinking they will value your business! The way to keeping a customer is making them happy!
P.S your paying luxury prices for a place that won’t even give a complimentary car wash :(

John Rosabella was fantastic. made the entire process easy and quick, and the finance manager Nosh was amazing as well. highly recommend them both and will definitely be going back for my next car.
