What impressed me most was Riley's patience, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping customers. He never made me feel rushed and went above and beyond to ensure I found the right e-bike for my needs. His expertise and willingness to explain every detail made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable.

“Lou (the owner), and this shop is an absolute one of a kind. He told me to shoot him a text, and later that day I was at the shop with him for several hours of one-on-one attention as he gave me incredibly insightful and experienced advice to help me pick my next bike. He got me a slice of pizza, took me up the trails behind the shop to demo a ripmo back to back against my current ride, and is on all accounts one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most sincere people I've ever met. Could not recommend more.”
“The employees at Trek went above and beyond! I went with two bikes to get air in the tires, and they took the time to help raise one of the seats and adjust a part of the other bike for free! Super kind and generous. Will definitely be back to get my son’s next bike as he grows.”
“Our special needs son jammed the chain at the front sprocket/derailleur on his mountain bike. He was flustered. Just moved to Rockland. Called the shop up we found on Google, a friendly voice told us to bring it in.
The gentleman took care of us right away. So pleased to have such a great shop a few miles away. Tragedy avoided for our son.”
