There were no mechanics on duty, but the owner(?) helped me out with some pliers and an electric air pump, and I was able to fix the flat with a plug kit I had with me. Really helped me out of a bind.”

I remember everyone was marking up their bikes like 50%, but Robert was fair and sold me the bikes at retail.Now I got a used Trek bike that needed some work. I took it to trek and they assured me that everything needed to be replaced and that it will be $300.I brought the bike to Robert and he said everything works fine, just needs to be tuned. $100.I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a bicycle or get one repaired.”

They searched for 10 mins and found one, installed it and adjusted it to my height at a very reasonable price. Another shop might have taken advantage of my situation and charged me a "stranded" premium, but they did not, which shows me they are caring, honest folks.”
