Betta fish is not taken care properly. Kept in a small tank with no filter which is not a suitable condition for them. The bowl itself did not look like it was cleaned regularly either. The ignorance for the quality of life of their pet fish they display in their store and instagram proudly makes me wonder about the quality of products that are being sold here. And it seems that others have expressed their concern about this fish before on the stores instagram post about the fish itself but the concerns were just disregarded!

While the selection of crystals were nice, the store contributes to animal cruelty. At the front desk/check out they keep a beta fish in an extremely small, unfiltered and under maintained bowl. Naturally, my friend brought this up to the lady working very politely even saying we're not trying to be rude only trying to inform her and ask questions if she knew..we basically told the employee how it's bad to keep a beta in such a small tank WITHOUT a filter. She dismisses most of my friends comments and all she had to say was "the pet store sell them in smaller bags" and "I had a beta fish live for 2 years in a tank like this". That doesn't mean the beta was happy or that the environment was healthy for it.... No business should react like that to customers, people, who are just concerned about the health of an animal. Anyways, it's a Crystal shop, there's NO reason for a beta fish to be there. Id suggest customers to go to other Crystal shops that don't part-take in such actions (spoiler alert, there are many alternative Crystal shops who do not treat betas like Crystals on the Rocks!).

One of the worst times Ive ever been there. There was an older woman there with short blonde hair and glasses who was virtually ignoring the customers. She was busy telling long stories to three people who clearly were not in the middle of a purchase. She ignored all the other clients that were ready to pay for their items. I stood in line for well over 10 minutes while she wove this endless story ultimately resulting in my leaving my items and I most likely not returning to this store. SMH.

My absolute favorite crystal shop! I always enjoy my visits here and take a minimum of 30 minutes just to look. I find new crystals each time I come and I'm never disappointed. I've shopped around at other crystal shops (both in the county and out of the county) and Crystals on the Rocks has fantastic prices. I've been coming here for years now and the staff are so lovely.

This Hass to be one of the greatest crystal shops I've ever walked into. There is a little bit of everything for everyone. The lovely ladies who work there are so kind and sweet! I live in the city were crystal shops are very expensive and whenever I visit Nyack I always stop by the store to pick up some goodies!
