Update: this looks like a successful location. Well stocked, clean and the staff seems to actually know where things are located.

This store is a handyman's proverbial toy store. They have a huge assortment of tools and supplies for repairs or cleanups of many kinds. Aisles are well marked and displays are neat.

I came here to purchase two folding mechanic pads. At first, I could not locate any of the items and then I ran into Gary, Customer Service Associate. Gary greeted me with a genuine smile, was very pleasant and happy to help! He quickly identified which items I was looking for and realized they had just received a replenish order. I patiently waited while Gary retrieved the items. I graciously thanked him, shook his hand, and complimented him on his awesome customer service skills. At checkout Elkin, the Cashier- greeted me with a genuine smile, asked me if I located everything I needed and smiled and answered, "Yes, thank you so much!" Elkin quickly located my customer profile and processed the transaction. This location is clean, well stocked, organized, and managed coupled with OUTSTANDING employees. Overall, Gary and Elkin made for an awesome customer service experience! This was definitely a refreshing change in today's overall poor customer service experience in many retail operations! I will definitely be returning to this location when I am in the area. Kudos to Gary and Elkin!

Delighted to find a hammer that fit my hand perfectly! This tiny little Hammer is perfect for my arthritis. It's not too heavy to hold or swing and is perfect for putting a nail in the wall or removing one! Thank you for making this simple $4.99 product. Ps, it fits perfectly in my toolbox!
