Been calling for 2 weeks and leaving messages on portal. Can’t get my medication refill. Begged, pleaded and spoke to a nurse and supervisor. No return calls and still no medication. Unacceptable and incompetent service. Very disappointed

Avoid the New City office if you are looking for a primary care doctor that actually provides care. Over the past 3 weeks I have been trying to refill a necessary medication and have left 3 messages for my primary care doctor at this office at different times of day, and my pharmacy has reached out twice with no response. I can't believe anyone could run a business like that.

I had an 8:45 AM appointment for an echo cardio gram and a follow up with dr Bryan. I was done with the test by 9:15. Returned to the front desk and informed them that I was back. No one informed the medical staff of that and I waited approximately 1 more hour for my meet with dr Bryan. After asking again at the desk I was then called in after about 10 minutes. The echo technician as well as Kim the nurse were both excellent.

Got me an appointment to have my pressure taken, HOWEVER, at 3:00- had not called in my medication. On hold for 30 min, finally went back to office to find they leave at 3 on Fri. Called the on call extension and they said the medication is “pending”. Could not explain and could not get me my meds- now have to wait until Mon- that’s not good for high blood pressure!

I have been using Rockland Neurology for many years. All those years, whenever I left a voicemail to make an appointment, they never returned my call. For the first time in years, they finally returned my call. I asked to make a follow-up appointment for next year, but the receptionist told me I couldn't because they were switching to a new system. It would help if you never told a patient you cannot make an appointment and to call back next year. Those appointments should be converted into the new system. Highland does not care about losing long-time patients

THIS FACILITY WAS ALSO KNOWN AS CLARKSTOWN MEDICAL Really just a horrifying experience from the doctor that I see to the care I receive. I had the scare of my life from this doctor when nothing was wrong. He makes mistakes and then trys to cover it up. This one doctor speaks down to patients like they are garbage and will send you unecessarily to all different doctors and want to run all kinds of tests when nothing is wrong!. I go the doctors that he recommends me to and the doctors and on four occassions have told me that it was unecessary. I have been seeing him for the last two years and this doctor really needs to acquire professionalism and learn to listen to his patients. You dont ask a ptient if a medical student can be a part of the visit with the medical student standing right there. Then he talks about you like you dont exist to the medical student. No respect for your time and they scedule appointments and the doctor doesnt see you until one hour later.You will also see this level of unprofessionalism with the office staff. They speak down to you. When they were at another location, I was sitting in the room waiting for the doctor and in the next room, you heard one of the front desk staff gossiping with another staff and the office manager goes around speaking down to everyone. Wonder where all this dysfunction comes from???? Instead of sitting around gossiping and treating patients like garbage, spend the same time actually talking to patients, giving thier lab results on time and get patients in and out within a normal time frame or at the time of thier actual appointment, not 1 to 2 hours later.

8/7 after writing the first review and paying my account in FULL plus the check was cashed over a week ago. They now send me to collections for more. When I called the lady couldn't understand what the bill was for or why they sent me to collections!!! I'm still waiting for a response, this is absolutely horrible and unethical, how they can ruin somebody's credit because of their mishandling bills!! Someone needs to investigate this.First reviewI have no issues with the doctors, they are great. My issue is with their billing department. I have been paying monthly towards my bill, and not a small amount, which I just paid off.Today I get a letter from a collecting agency for $17.08 !!They said it was an outstanding bill from January, yet I have been paying every month !! so how do I owe $17 from January and they send me to collections!! This is horrible and BAD business.. they go and ruined somebody's credit for $17 someone who has always paid their bills never once been delinquent. Not good!! Be careful of these sneaky tactics they use.

Dr. Bryan did a thorough comprehensive evaluation/exam of my conditions. The meeting couldn't have been better. He engaged in detail about my questions.
