Awful experience. The owner harassed me about politics during a casual conversation. It made me extremely uncomfortable. He was spewing politically incorrect nonsense and bringing up violent topics like rape and murder when I was just trying to browse the store. It was completely inappropriate. I felt harassed and belittled.

It is a pleasure as a Drummer to walk into this store. Frank Colonatto the owner is always there and extremely helpful. Lots of great stuff used at great prices. Get there don't wait like I did.

Was just visiting yesterday visiting the area, and saw this storey which I remember I had been wanting to visit for ages. The prices, the service and the variety of drums was superb. I actually found some stuff I had been wanting to try for a long time, but which i could never find in stock in my local big corporate stores like guitar center and sam ash. One of the best drum stores I've visited in the country without a doubt.

I discovered this place strolling through Nyack awhile back. Fast forward 2 years later - my son had an issue with a piece of drum hardware and needed it fixed immediately. I thought of this place...he was closing up, but said he would wait for us to come by. We are 20 minutes away - he said no problem; Frank the owner not only kept his store open waiting, but then proceeded to spend 30 minutes fixing the hardware. We ended up then trading in the repaired hardware for a reasonably priced and better quality piece (that has been a solid upgrade). Since that day, I've returned regularly for supplies, trade-ins, and some hardware. Prices are the same or lower priced than Guitar Center or online places. And, you get to support a local business with a great owner who runs a great little and unique little shop. I recently had an issue with something - and again - he kept the shop open and stopped a lesson so he could assist us. Where else are you going to get that kind of service? Try that at Guitar Center. One of a kind.

Been buying all my drum gear here for years. This one of the last few old school music stores. It's a pleasure to have personalized service from a proprieter that truly cares about their clients. Blows away the behemoth national chains for everything drums.
