Home- base, most effective, time efficient workout community. Whenever I need a fitness family this is where I go. Get in shape fast (I mean toned and really strong) in the most supportive place, at Nyack Boot Camp! When it is your orientation period you feel as if you have a private trainer, as the trainer really "stands by your side" and makes sure you are learning properly. To makes things better, you ask any experienced boot camper, and they will coach you to be your best!

This has been my favorite gym/exercise class experience ever. I joined at the beginning of 2020 and immediately immersed into the program and stuck with it! Beth and Peter have been amazing in engaging every member. Transition to online and outdoor classes due to Covid has been seamless and I have kept up with the program... a first for me. Give Nyack Boot Camp a try if you are looking for a new fitness challenge and a program that you can stick with!

This gym has been a life saver for me physically and emotionally. Their attention to detail, willingness to work with an individual, and the variety of workouts makes it so great to go. No day is ever the same. The community is fantastic. The pivot for COVID was as good as it can be. I am so grateful to Beth and Peter and the NBC community!

I was an early supporter of Nyack Boot Camp for two years and took a hiatus for some reason. Then I gave myself a much needed “boot in my butt”. After almost 6 months of regularly attending classes, I cannot believe how much energy I have and how well my body has responded to these ever-changing, never boring workouts. I am so happy I started this again. Now I am a lifer!

At Nyack Bookcamp, I have found it easy, for the first time in many many years, to stick with an exercise routine. I feel so strong, and in shape. When I began I was completely out of shape, and hadn't worked out in 10 years! I love the class, and the people, and it motivates me to workout in a way that I never would on my own in a gym. I love how welcoming all the people are-- everyone is so supportive. I cannot recommend NBC more highly!

Nyack Bootcamp has become an integral part of my life and can't recommend it enough. As someone who treats patients with acupuncture for sport related injuries on a regular basis, one of my favorite aspects of Nyack Boot Camp is not just the workout you get but it's done with so much precision that injury is avoided. It is more like having a personal trainer who is slowly watching your progression and making sure that every movement is done with accuracy and safety than just going to the gym or an exercise class and getting a workout. I am so grateful for Beth and Peter and all they do!

I go to the gym to get fit; not to get hurt. Cross-fit seemed like a natural fit for a retired Marine. But as I found out, most cross-fit gyms don’t really know how to guard against injury or handle the 45+ age group. Then my girlfriend and I found Nyack Bootcamp. With their formula for high-intensity interval training and supervision, I am fit, feel fantastic and crave my next workout. They come up with the daily workout (no two are the same) which all involve some cardio, some kettlebells and muscles that you didn’t know you had. Beth and Peter are your upbeat, enthusiastic and empathetic hosts. They provide the thinking and supervision -- you just need to show up for results.

THE place in Nyack to come for fitness and community. People are so devoted to NBC they come from all over. Peter and Beth are great and have amazing workouts that vary it up and keep it interesting. I travel for work and have a routine I learned based on what we do at boot camp so I can keep working out on the road even in my hotel room. It's worthwhile investment and so much more fun than belonging to a gym. Go for it and come to an introductory session, you won't be disappointed.

I've been doing Nyack Boot Camp for three years. The workouts are effective and stimulating. I never get bored, and I always feel like I'm challenging myself to meet new goals. Beth is an inspiring instructor: she really watches us individually to make sure we're using proper form, and she's motivating and encouraging. This truly feels like a personal training session in a group setting. I always look forward to my three days a week at Nyack Boot Camp!
