Needed at state inspection and to have my tires rotated, even though I made an appointment with a loaner I got a call that they don’t give them out on weekends, fine because the service should “only take 90 minutes” K, I get there a little early and ask about a time quote - he quotes a little more than “two hours to be safe” but he’ll call us so we go into town for lunch. We never got a call but after 3 hours decide to uber back because we really didn’t want this to take our whole saturday. Get back and they haven’t done the inspection yet?? We wait another hour finally I walk into the garage and ask for my car - it takes another 20 minutes to pull around. All in just under 5 hours even with an appointment…if you need service done in a timely or helpful manner I don’t recommend.

Today I picked up my R8 from service. My experience was nothing but horrendous. My service advisor excused himself for being new but should have had more assistance from the service manager. Being a business owner, i would never put a new employee with the most expensive car I sell. He was lost in the process. Had no idea when my service was being performed and could not explain the procedure properly. The problems don't end there. My service video was just someone recording the front of my car while talking and recommending a wheel alignment on my vehicle that doesnt need it and only has 3000 miles. The worst part of is no one knew what i needed despite me making an appointment for a blown front tire, oil change and squeaky brakes. The brake change was never performed and after realizing the incompetence of everyone, I decidde to just pick up my vehicle. Luckily, my tire was changed under my coverage. I do not recommend bringing your expensive Audi to this place. My vehicle still stinks of engine oil. Hopefully it will go away inside my garage. My next step is to call another Audi dealership for my brakes. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. 5 days in service.

Horrible experience at Audi Nyack. Left a refundable deposit for a car in July and then after getting the runaround for two weeks from the Nyack dealership, I decided to lease the same car at another Audi dealership, which went very smoothly and quick. However, it's been almost two months and I haven't gotten my deposit back after countless emails to their finance person I had to call my bank to call in a fraud charge because the dealer was unresponsive in sending me my refundable deposit. Terrible way of doing business and I will never recommend anyone to this dealership.

Do not go to this dealership to the service department especially Mike they are dishonest people I have a oil leak upper and lower pan I have a power Tran warranty they charge the insurance 2300 then they wanted to charge me other 4300 to do the timing Chain the warranty company paid them for the labor they told me it would take 12 to install and it wasn’t covered btw my brother was a service manager At Scarsdale Ford he called the insurance company and they told him I’m covered they wouldn’t even talk to my brother do not go there I Wes mad and I did used bad word I not what I’m talking about especially when they wanted to charge me 2000 for a timing chain kit it’s only a 200 kit I look the part up there going to try to twist this story do not go there calling the BBB and don’t write please call us no you call me

I could not be more satisfied with the treatment my wife and I experienced while at Audi Nyack the dealership. we purchased an A6 and could not be happier with the experience. the staff has been just great and we look forward to interacting with the people there going forward. my salesman Adam Andersen could not be anymore helpful through our entire experience. overall, the communication could not be better. Anthony M. helped me with the Audi interface and I hadn’t even purchased the car from him. He was super patient, explained everything, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He helped me to find out there was an issue with the Bluetooth module, which is covered by my warranty. Have a service appointment on July 28th hopefully that goes as well as it did with Anthony.

Just a horrible experience all around. They had me waiting over 7 weeks for the car title to come in, all while holding my $1000 deposit. When I got tired of waiting and asked for my deposit back they insulted me for going with another car. Now, two weeks later I am still waiting for my deposit and I found out today they never processed it. I would think twice before doing business with Spiro and Audi Nyack

Genuinely nice and honest people. Dan T. and Jennifer L. teamed up to order the car I always wanted. They kept me up to date on the production of the vehicle and delivered it to my front door when ready. I believe I got the car for a good price, everything I expected, no hidden fees or surprises.

I brought in my Porsche 911 for a $10 NY state inspection and i didn’t purchase the car at Audi Nyack but the GM Don, the parts manager Bob, and all the service advisers greeted me like i was a longtime customer. Great team and welcoming service department. Thanks!

Worst service department of all time, they had my car about 3 to 4 months for a simple rattle noise, they wasted my time. The tech that went on a test drive with me told me that my car must of been "an auction special" , after the test drive the tech said he hears the noise, then after a few months I finally got my car back from them and was told the noise was fixed, as soon as I drove my car out of the dealer, I immediately heard the same noise. I definitely don't recommend anyone taking their vehicles here for service
