The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They get the work done and quick and are always available to explain any questions that arise from the car. So far my experience with this dealership from the sales department to service department have been great. Would 100% recommend them.

Service at a Palisades Mazda is extremely inconsistent. They’re often very busy and cannot be as thorough with all vehicles because of the high demand for service as service manager John shared. During this visit I’m not sure I received a multipoint inspection which should happen every time you take your car in since I didn’t receive a video of the car detailing its condition from the service tech. When I asked John he shared everything is “fine.” I’ve been bringing my care here for two years and there’s often an issue and inconsistent service. At this point I’d recommend folks take their car to a different Mazda service center or find a reputable mechanic your neighborhood.

If you are thinking about looking into Mazda, there is no better dealership to go to than Palisades Mazda! The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in the door we felt so grateful we decided to take the drive to this dealership. We have been so well taken care of, never rushed, and not only answered all of my questions and concerns, Nicole took the time to walk me through everything step by step and review aspects of the car with me before driving away with my brand new car! When you work with Nicole you will have the most phenomenal experience!

At first we went to another local Mazda dealership and it seems like we were bothering them. They seemed too busy for us or didnt want to take the time to answer our questions. While I was at that dealership I called Mazda Palisades and drover over.Chris Kinder was our salesman. He was absolutely awesome. He was extremely thorough and it limited the amount of questions we had. Event when shipping times were delayed, he was honest and transparent. The entire process was great. I highly recommend Chris Kinder if you're in the market for a Mazda.

My experience with Palisades Mazda was great. I live over an hour away from the dealership but Chris and Mike made my experience super smooth and easy. I spoke to them over phone and email and they were able to give me a great price on my vehicle and made the process awesome. I didn’t have to go in to the dealership until the day of pick up. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They didn’t push for any extra charges or pressure me into anything. Great overall experience. Thanks guys!

I had a great experience at Palisades Mazda. From the minute I walked in I knew I was in good hands and there was no pressure to buy from anyone. My salesperson, Stephen Hasher was the best. He never pressured me to buy anything and never steered me into buying the higher more expensive model. He was very helpful in the buying process and was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. When I picked up my car, he spent a lot of time with me going over every feature of the car and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with how the car worked before I left the lot. The management was also great, and it was a very easy smooth transaction. I will definitely be back to Palisades Mazda to see Stephen to buy my son a new car in a few months. Highly recommend Palisades Mazda and Stephen.

We recently purchased a used SUV for our family after searching unsuccessfully for three months, and Palisades Mazda was the best and easiest experience we had by far. The honesty and transparency encountered here was a breath of fresh air, and we walked out with a vehicle that was better than we expected. Olivia is a fantastic salesperson and made the process pleasurable. We traveled over an hour to this dealership and would do it again - it was well worth it!!!

Nicole is really a great sales rep. She took the time to explain our options. When we finally decided what we wanted she explained all the features and even delivered the car personally to our home and went through all the details of the car and how to operate all the features. She was amazing! Highly recommend dealing with Nicole Andersen.

Palisades Mazdas customer service from the front desk to the actual men and women who do the service on your vehicles are amazing. I love how they send a video of your car when they are done doing whatever they need to do and inform you that it is ready. I also love the quick texts they send informing you car is ready for pick up and the cost. Everyone is extremely friendly. I live in New Jersey now and still drive 30 minutes to go to them for their service.

The best dealership I’ve been too. They had such a good price I drove 6 hours to them to get the vehicle. Had Nicole as my Sales person and she was nothing short of amazing. Made the whole process easy, explained everything well, and was super communicative. Had Lexi as the financial person and she made the deal go smooth with quick paper work, no pressuring, and set everything up perfectly. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore.

I have been at numerous Mazda dealers but Palisades Mazda goes above and beyond when it comes to getting the car you want. From James in the internet department Nicole my salesperson , Emu the business manger who helped me and right away remembered me when I came to purchase my daughters car . Mind you I live closer to 3 Mazda dealers but it’s worth the trip to go to Palisades Mazda they are amazing at helping you get you in the car you want and are treat you with respect the minute you walk in. Loving my new CX 90 !!

Everyone I dealt with at Palisade Mazda was great. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Found me a car with all the features I wanted within a week and I was able to drive it home happy! We had gotten another car from them in the past and they surpassed that great service this time. Highly recommend!

YOUR ONE STOP REVIEW OF THIS HELL PIT:So on May 20, 2023, at approximately 10:30 AM, my girlfriend goes to this hell hole filled with idiots and clowns to get her car serviced and inspected. HOWEVER, after filling out her service needs online 1) they can't find it and 2) they hustled her and what was suppose to bee $100 dollars and change turned into $500 dollars and change of unnecessary services, which may or may not have been done. So lets start with the service. The last service was a couple of months ago, yet it needed all these additional services?! No! I do not think so, especially on a brand new-ish car. Not only does a Mazda not need this much service to begin with, these clowns will try to hustle you if you do not know anything about cars. Next thing you know they will be suggesting premium air for $300 dollars a tire and a side of blinker fluid for $1000 dollars a blinker! Nevertheless, they left my girlfriend in tears. However, there was a lesson to be learned here and she understood that sometimes a baby bird needs to fall out of a nest before it knows how to fly. Now, not only are they idiots with service, they are lazy! They refused to make the customer happy and would always "forget" to wash the car or refuse to do it because it is raining. Was it raining? Sure. But who cares, clean the god dam car you lazy donut eating clowns! Rub that grime off. Rub that sap off. Rub that debris off! Who cares if it is raining, just get the grime off! So what is the take away. Not only are the people who work there bottom feeder scum, lazy, hustling, scamming, losers with nothing to do but scam my little marshmallow but they also have the audacity to make my little pickle wait three hours and say no we cannot pass your car's inspection and then force her to change the windshield with them?! NOT ON MY WATCH. One day before today they said folks at SafeLite would always mess it up and then they would have to fix it. However, with their performance, poor service, and pure stupidity on simple tasks, I doubt that is true, and the car would probs come back to those dropouts with more problems at the end of the day. Nevertheless, arrangements were made for her to get the best service available and for the best price on the East Coast. Avoid this money pit at all cost. Get a BMW, it is better. You're welcome. Will have to reach out to Mazda to discuss and investigate if this is a potential class action lawsuit pursuant to New York GBS (GBL) Section 349. Check back for updates.
