not your topical bodega with a great large selection of Salvadorian food. Could be a restaurant on it on, the pupusas were amazing. The staff is friendly, the sitting is very small and limited, great gem to try.

The food is delicious, especially breakfast sandwiches and platters. The cashier is friendly and always greets me with a smile. The best part is that it's super affordable. I'm always satisfied with my meal and feel as if I got a real bang for my buck! I usually order over the phone, so my food is ready when I get there, and I have yet to run into any issues. Definitely one of my favorite spots to order from!

It's easy to just walk by this place without really taking note. But, after a few visits I am more and more impressed. This place is pretty well known in the Salvadorian community and there are always people eating in the small area with tables up front. There is a good selection of bakery items and breads. They have a hot food table near the register which usually has a variety of meats and vegetables. Most times, I will get rice and steamed veggies, which is delicious and super cheap, like $3. They also make smoothies that are very reasonable. I have yet to try but I am told they have a full kitchen as well and you can order tacos, burritos and Salvadorian specialties. Great place to try to lunch.

Inexpensive and delicious. Great pupusas. Always have different deals going on. Really great place to get some lunch to go.

The cook is on the phone while cooking and she handles the food with no gloves on no hair net at all while she is cooking. Handle most of the food barehanded.

Surprisingly good inexpensive food. $8 for a huge chicken/beef burrito with avocado, rice beans and salad. Way better than Chipotle and cheaper. Surroundings not particularly luxurious but I find it great for food to go.

Very good, authentic. Busy inside, but wouldn't know from the outside. I ordered a torta for lunch, we'll be back. They have daily specials and the soup looked good. If you needed to get some south American breads, fruit and vegetables this also seems like a good spot.

This is Salvadorean Central on Main Street in Nyack! Its an all in one, one of a kind spot that has it all. Lottery, Calling Cards, money orders, people just chillin and shooting the shit.. not to mention the Full Kitchen serving buffet style lunch and dinner as well as to order dishes off the menu and really good breakfast too! They have juevos rancheros! You can buy groceries here, and just about anything really. Fruits, Veggies, Candy, Cheeses, Coconut water.,, detergent. They supposedly make a good burger too. Very friendly service here! These guys do it right!

If you've spent time in El Salvador, you know and love Papusas. Not bad food at the deli and bakery and a variety of Central American goods.

Don't let the store front fool you. This is definitely a hidden gem in nyack. They have the best Spanish and mexican food with some American staples too!
