“Called because my Son's bike broke down. Truck was on the way when other more cost effective arrangements became available for him. Tow was going to be $350 for 60 miles (not unreasonable but costly). Was able to cancel and they were very graciois given they were already on the way. Offered $ for their trouble but they didn't accept. The service was prompt in that they got underway quickly. I really appreciated the understanding and grace. Top notch.”

“The towing company that AAA use for the area my car broke down- didn't work weekend. Billy from D&K towing, pick up the request without delay. Upon arrival there was a problem with my AAA towing request,which would have resulted in my car not getting towed. Billy contracted me immediately and made arrangements which allowed me to have my car towed to my mechanic. Billy also happened to be familiar with my mechanic shop and made sure de deliver my car straight to him as request,safely. Thank you Billy.”
“You’re a fool if you choose any other auto body shop other than Rich’s!! I needed a new side view mirror and was told a brand new one would be $1,500. Vinny was able to locate a used one in perfect condition for $375 and had it painted to match. Installed while I waited in under 30 minutes. HUGE shout out to Vinny, Rich, Bob and Tommy!!

“The “Rembrants” of Mercedes Auto Body Repair
Highly recommend Route 303 Auto Body. They are located 54 miles away (there are dozens of closer auto body repair shops). Rt. 303 was recommended & certified by the Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls dealership. Katherine Lee, my daughter, was driving her son to school, stopped in traffic, and was hit from behind at high speed by a driver claiming his vision was obstructed by the morning sun.
Her 2019 M-B C300 sustained severe damage, including the electronics system. The car took a little longer than expected, but it was understandable because Rt 303 uses M-B factory parts. Steve, the Operations Manager, was great to work with; he’s very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the car was ready when he said it would be. He handled all of the communication with my insurance company.
When we went to pick up the car, my daughter and I were speechless! The car looked better than when it rolled out of the dealership. Their hard/professional work exceeded all of our expectations. Steve and the entire Route 303 Auto Body Team are 5-Star performers, their workmanship is truly a work of art, and that is why we call them the “Rembrants” of Mercedes-Benz Auto Body Repair!

“Our go-to body shop! A few years ago I took a Subaru Impreza off the beaten track for some fun and ripped the front bumper off. Within a few days they had ordered, painted, and installed a new front bumper on my Impreza perfectly! Recently I upgraded to a Ford Explorer with a cracked front fender flare - they glued the flare in place and temporarily taped it up for me within 10 minutes of me pulling into the shop without an appointment! Great, friendly service and always a proper job. Highly recommended!”

Occasionally I'll try another mechanic for convenience purposes, but at the end of the day it's damn near impossible to find somebody better than them.They may not always be the fastest option out there (though they always do their best to accommodate) but if you want the job done RIGHT with no bs, go to Lou's. Their prices are always very reasonable, and never once have they tried to upsell or bait-and-switch me. They will also let you know which issues are more urgent than others, so that YOU can make the best choice for your situation. Good luck finding another mechanic with that level of honesty!”

“About 5yrs ago, Mr Silva did some work on a car that I had. During that whole process, I asked him to powder coat my rims. He did, and they were great. I sold the car to my friend who lived in Florida. I saw that his rims stood up to the salt/sand and blasting sun heat. So when I bought my '24 Lexus, I drove my car to NY from S.Florida to have him powder coat the stock rims. Again a beautiful job. Yes, there is powder coat places in Florida, yet they wanted to hold my car 10 days along with a ridiculous high price. Tony does the work in 3 days with a very fair price. Mr.Silva, Tony, is a professional and and gentleman. I can't recommend this place more than I do. My ride home to Florida was great with my new rims. At each gas stop, I was constantly receiving compliments on my rims!! Thanks Silvas auto body!”

“Went in for a 20k mile maintenance service - inspections and brake fluids flush. Not sure if this is typical for this type of work but it took 2 hours - which felt kinda long. Can't comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it to. Overall, good experience, staff were helpful and process was pretty straight forward: hand over car, wait, pay and leave.”
