“What a find this store is! The nicest knowledgeable owners guided me through their store. Ms. Wade is a talented designer who incorporates her Jamaican background into her couture. I bought a beautiful and bountiful yellow jacket, layered with netting, sequins and possibly taffeta. Ms. Wade’s designs include a stunning mikado gown and sheer dreamy burlap (!) infused with gold. Run to this store and find your special one of a kind creation. Also high end vintage from the 20’s to present. Saw a couple gorgeous LV totes as well. Will be visiting here again soon.”

“I drove from nyc to this store because my friends raved about the treasures here and I ended up leaving with 18 items. The prices I got for brands like Alexander wang, Miu Miu, Alice & Olivia, Ferragamo, and there’s so much Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Prada, truly insane!!!! I compared what I purchased to eBay and some items were 80% less (not exaggerating) than online secondhand stores. I almost don’t want to write this review because it’s my secret weapon store now. I will be going every month or two and I don’t even think I need to shop anywhere else as they have literally everything to make an anmazing outfit. I think the absolute best part is that the girls working the store turn into personal stylists who will help you assemble the perfect outfit for any occasion. I don’t know, I’m just truly blown away!!!! The only reason I’m writing this review is because they are so kind and they deserve the credit but dang, what a hidden treasure!!! I’ll write a second review with photos of everything I got.”

The process of getting help was easy and professional. I visited the shop and was completely impressed. There is a dazzling range of quality items and great pricing. “Hollywood Heros has two things going for it. 1) An amazing, incredible selection of toys, new and vintage. 2) The nicest owners possible. My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.”

I love antiques, thrifting and items with stories and history. Make a point to visit!! I purchased a beautiful Longchamp bag in near mint condition. Will be a frequent and lifetime shopper here !!!”
“Very nice, informative and patient people over at the Maizie Consignment shop. Stopped in to check out the store and had an item I was interested in selling/consigning which they were very helpful with. It’s sad to see the negative comments as if they are the Salvation Army, it’s a designer boutique in Hartsdale which I assume the rent isn’t cheap. Will return very soon to do future business.”
“I had a really good experience at this American Eagle store. The short little girl with highlights helped me but all of The staff were also friendly and actually helped me find sizes without being pushy. The store was clean and organized, and they had a good selection of jeans and hoodies in stock. Checkout was quick too, which I appreciated. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to , I will shop here again”

Worth the 30 minute drive.
Found quite a few that I picked up especially Tupelo Honey by Van Morrison that is not on any streaming platform.
The two ladies who own the place were very helpful.”
