Im not sure what is going on at this brach.ATM has no cash for 2 saturdays in a row.Does anyone fill cash in the ATMs. Super disappointed at this branch

I was helped by a very nice lady in the office. I believe her name is Ayana. She was very courteous and helpful. She introduced me to her manager and he was very courteous and happy to get my business. Very genuine people in that branch.

Terrible customer service. You don’t let 5 different cars sit outside the drive through for over 15 mins thinking they will be serviced just for you to close the drive through without word. Have someone at least come out and say they won’t be able to get to you. I called and the man told me each car will be serviced... LOL

Definite wait time during visits- not always fast or convenient. Shouldn't let people take loud personal calls while other people are trying to bank.

I started going to this branch when I discovered it was closer to my job than the one near my home. I quickly found it to be much more welcoming and received faster service as well. All the ladies there are super sweet and helpful (the young men as well but I typically converse and make small talk w the women) they're always happy and don't look like they hate their jobs like a lot of other branches. Today I was making my weekly deposit when I was told, much to my surprise, my account had been overdrawn. It appeared a take out order was pending before I had transferred all my funds and that's what caused the overdraft. The 35$ fee was not something I anticipated and I was VERY frustrated to learn I was paying for a stupid mistake. When I left the manager said his usual " thank you have a good weekend " due to my frustration I mumbled yea thanks... Rather sarcastically. I was visibly upset although it was no ones fault. A few minutes after my departure I received a call from the manager stating that he was made aware of the situation w my account and due to my account being usually in good standing he took care of the fee as a one time courtesy ! I was planning on calling Wells Fargo customer service to see if I could get that done myself but the fact that they took it upon themselves to save me that hassle and the 35$ fee without asking just really made my day! I'm so thankful to them and their continued professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer service . They went above and beyond for me I will refer friends and family to this branch! Thanks again guys !!

Fantastic customer service I called and the store manager set up the appointment (Pravash) and came in and worked with Justin. Even though I have a branch where I live I will go back in two weeks to open a teen account for my daughter. Convenient location up the street from my job is a plus!
