Customer service was not good at all. We asked for towels because we didn’t have any in our room but when we asked it was like putting the front desk lady out. The bed was clean but the room was outdated. The carpet floors were old so when you tried to roll the chair across it wouldn’t move chair. The bar/lounge is not open on Saturday nights we were told only open for breakfast buffet on Sunday morning only. No cheesecake. The outlet and phone charger were not all working they had an extension cord for plugs. There were random people walking outside the motel not sure what they were doing and one guy was drunk randomly walking around. Breakfast buffet was ok not anything special. The bathroom in the lounge where the breakfast buffet was were very gross. Not clean. Outside was dirty outdated

Well here we are 2025 and we are back this is our go to place family-owned friendly. The room did not cool off as I like so I went downstairs and they moved me immediately I am so comfortable it is very hard for the air conditioners right now with such a high index of heat. If you want a place to go that's not the Ritz nor the pits it is a perfect medium for family and someone who wants a good night's sleep, good food, treated as if you were one of the family, and also just all around good customer service. What are you waiting for this is the place to be. Thank you so much Westgate we will see you again and again and again! I forgot to mention they also enhanced their breakfast bar they've got hot food they've got cereal they've got toasts it is amazing
I love this place. You cannot beat a family-run business. My husband I have stayed here and this is my third time staying here. This is my place to come to when I'm going to visit my grandchildren here in New York thank you everybody here at Westgate Inn

Survivable but not great. Outlets are hard to find, and with the outlets that do exist, it's hit or miss as to whether they work. When I walked in the room and hit the light switch, the microwave turned on. Lol. The microwave is on the same outlet strip (yes, an external outlet strip) as the light. Smells a little weird. There is breakfast in the morning, but the hash browns were way too stale, and the pancakes were cold.

The moment we stepped into the room, the smell of cigarettes was intense. The sheets were stained and dirty. When we asked for fresh ones, they were just as bad. The front desk admitted they’re short on housekeepers and that guests frequently leave soon after checking in. Avoid this place at all costs!

Not a bad price considering the fact the AC sounded like a Cummins long block diesel motor and a puerto rican man kept asking one of the other tenants for money.

The front desk staff was professional, but the hotel was not the best. The room’s ac made a rattling noise and did not work. A few of the electrical outlets and cords did not work and the room smelled like cigarettes and looked like something out of a 1970’s horror movie. Also there was a lot of shouting on the outside of the room in the middle of the night. Most importantly there was no cheesecake as advertised.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was absolutely the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. This place is built on lies and the facade of being a “cozy” and “friendly” place. It is absolutely not what it seems on the outside. The check-in room is very pretty, and the breakfast room looks homely and clean. However, when you go to your room (including the one I had), it was terrible and gross at best and unstayable and repulsive at worst. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and other strange smells I couldn’t figure out. As an asthmatic, it is very infuriating that the front desk doesn’t care about this. The carpet in our room was wet when we walked in, and my family didn’t feel comfortable walking on it, worrying we could get a fungal infection or worse. There were also what appeared to be dry red stains on the wall, which we couldn’t confirm to be blood but was likely that. There were dozens of crumbs and other unknown little scraps on the floor and under the bed upon arriving to our room as well. Even worse, there were at least half a dozen shady people standing around outside who didn’t appear to have a car or a room assigned to them. Overall, this was the worst place I’ve ever been, and the people who run this place have the pleasure of having the worst review I’ve ever made over my 2+ years of using Google Maps. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I’m gonna wait until tomorrow when ,as per Ali the receptionist, I will get the refund for the 2 nights that I didn’t stay at the hotel to write my review.
Expedia and you know that my family and I, for health reasons, couldn’t stay at the inn
Please Do the right thing and refund my money

Nice, average hotel and rooms. The customer service was excellent, especially Ali (that's what I understood). She was Great. Thank you! Customer service at the free bkfst buffet tho... not so much. Food was average and barely warm, let alone hot.

Friendly staff.. rooms are decent for a quick overnight that i needed. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but it is available. The location is key due to being close to the highway.

Stay here at your own risk. The rooms absolutely reek of cigarettes, people super loud and sketchy roaming around. A family member booked for us when we were coming to town - we walked into the room and immediately walked out. Looked like the start of a Law and Order SVU episode. Not a space to take kids.

This was such a horrible experience for my wife and I. As soon as we went in the room the smell of the carpet was so strong and smelled so bad it was awful. The cleanliness was not even a one star, this place was bad! It was dirty, stinky and the bathtub even had mold and pubic hairs. I went to the front desk to speak with the lady in the front desk and told her that my wife and I were not satisfied with the cleanliness and she apologized and told me to contact Expedia for a refund because I booked the room through them but that the hotel would not contest the refund. I reach out to Expedia and told the situation. Expedia tried reaching out to the hotel for 72 hours multiple times and never got a response so they were unable to issue me a refund and I wasn’t in the room 5 minutes and left once we seen how dirty and nasty this place was. Not Recommended At All! Not even a last resort!
