“Tom and Hillside Service workers are good folk for the community. When calling in for service for your vehicle just address your issue quickly cause they are busy daily.
A helpful is to call ahead to come to the shop to diagnose your issue then set up a time to bring your car in for him to look at. Tom was quick to diagnose the problem I had for years that the dealership wouldn’t figure out. Took him one full day to fix my main issue, but he discovered another issue related to the first & wouldn’t let me come pick my car up until the whole issue was resolved. Overall, Tom and others want to make sure you are taken care of, fairly price and I will go back if anymore issues.”

So when my wife banged up a rental car's bumper a bit in a parking lot and autobody shops quoted me 1,000's for an emergency fix by my rental due date I checked my detailing guys at Hi-Tech. For a FRACTION of other quotes and God only knows what magic they conjured up with heat, paint, and wax, they took my rental on super late notice and within ONE DAY brought that bumper back to BRAND NEW condition. Returned that rental back with zero issue from the company! Thank you! You already had me as a lifelong customer for great previous work but now for sure!”

“I discovered a nail in my tire and took it to the Tire Warehouse in Elmsford. They found a tiny screw embedded in the tread that had not punctured the tire. The tire was undamaged and didn’t need replacing! These guys are honest and professional. They charged me absolutely nothing! Thank you to the guys at Tire Warehouse!”
“Between my brother, mother, and I (and my wife) we’ve been going to Letizia for over a decade. They’ve always been great and they show us what’s wrong. They’re not trying to be the fastest just to get rid of the car and move on to the next ticket. When I get my car out of the shop I know that it is safe and road worthy. Several times that it hasn’t been possible to go here and I get one of these shops that gets the job done “fast” and I have had to go to Letizia Brothers because the other shop missed something or did something wrong. In fact, every time but once that I went to another I shop I ended up having to take the car here because the other shop screwed something up. So this review is coming off of the experience of 5 people (in family) with at least 10 cars over the past decade.”

“Just moved here and the summer heat was doing a number on my leather seats. Friend recommended NextGen so I booked a tint. They used a high quality film blocks the heat really well but doesn't make the car feel like a cave at night which was my main concern. Edges are perfectly done, zero bubbles. I'm actually fussy about that kind of thing and I couldn't find a single issue. Customer service was great too. Nice find.”
