“First time and they did not disappoint. Started with the burrata which was bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. For dinner, I got the shrimp tacos which were a nice find since it's winter and I needed a peak of summer. My husband got the scallops and said they were really good. Special thanks to the staff for making a quick accommodation. Our friends also had a reservation shortly after us and they were able to seat us together.”

“I have had several great experiences at this particular TD, so I feel compelled to share. Wanda opened our personal and business accounts. The personal accounts some months ago, and the business account just last week. I have never had a hard time with anything since I started banking with TD almost a year ago. Wanda is the assistant manager. The store manager is Victor, and he is also very helpful and friendly. I was surprised to see he remembered my name after the first time meeting him. Today I visited and was helped by a very nice young lady (didn't eat her name). Convenience and good products make TD a sensible option, but the quality people at his location ensure we'll stay loyal customers for many years to come.”

“I've been a Chase banker for years now and the reason is simple... They have always taken good care of my banking needs... This comes from a retired banker. I don't visit branches much anymore since the invention of the ATM and on-line banking. Since I also come here for business banking I visit the branch a bit more than I used to. This place is big and bright and a spectacular staff here are always very attentive to their customers.. Loriann, the manager is a FANTASTIC!!! Always smiling and confirming that everything is O.K. before I leave. If you have a choice to make about local banks I recommend this branch for your banking needs. Kudos to a great team of people.”

“Patchogue branch: Fast drive up service, quick, professional manager response if you have an issue or questions, ATMs are very outdated and typically will not accept deposits, front door card reader access to lobby ATM hasn't worked in months! Nearest other branch locations require pretty long distance travel.HOT tellers!! :-)Online app: Fast, easy log in, user friendly, good format, fast real time posting of most transactions with the exception of electronic direct withdrawals. They take 24-72 hours or longer if a holiday is in effect to post as a pending OR completed withdrawal.Customer service call line: Pretty bad, not intuitive, confusing, difficult to navigate, long wait times, nearly impossible to speak to a live representative. No representatives available after 1:00pm, RIDICULOUS!!24/7/365 live customer service representatives are SOP with almost every other financial institution.”

“Well there I was at a Dunkin Donuts in a town i never been to ordering a breakfast sandwich and my second cup of coffee for the day. Then it came to pay, and Voila!, no money in my pocket. Lucky for me there was Chase Bank across the street which I have an account with. Although not my branch, withdrawal from ATM was not an issue. All good.”

“What a wonderful place. My daughter's Girl Scout Troop had a pizza making trip here. My daughter has a gluten sensitivity and they were very accommodating. They had her make pizza with all of her friends and when it was time to eat they gave her a gluten free pizza. It was great. Many thanks for everything.”
