“Katie, the manager, was the best! I was planning a bridal shower from out of state and she went above and beyond which you don’t usually find. She directed me to certain areas of the store, answered my questions about pricing, and was very helpful. I did not have a lot of time. She was kind to me and everyone checking out. Great job! The experience just made my event even more special. I will share this store with others. It doesn’t matter what job we hold- it’s about making people feel good inside which becomes the best part of the day. Kudos to picking Katie! Thank you again:))”

“Long time player and customer at Grim. I’d like to thank the pros at Grim for a really enjoyable day. Brought the boys down for some fun play Magic and Gundam. They really got a kick out of the Warhammer players set ups. Staff is always cool to them. Set them up nice during events they play in. lol. Yes. The 9 year old competes in Gundam. He loves the banter and sharing his “war stories”. Always ask when they can go. Wish it could be more. It’s their home shop….”
