“I wish I knew about Genoa years ago. My NP referred me to them, and they're simply outstanding. 100% professionalism. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and polite. They have free local delivery (which is HUGE for me), and the prices are excellent when you have to pay out-of-pocket. The most important thing to me is that they can get generic brands that other pharmacies cannot. Not all generics are the same, and most other pharmacies I've called cannot get the brand I want, but Genoa had no problem getting it. I will be using them for all my medication needs going forward.”

George is absolutely incredible such a nice guy, he has an incredible personality and seems like he genuinely cares for each and everyone of his customers. The entire staff of this place front and back are exceptional. “We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”

“Excellent service in the Medford store today. My son is in Army Basic Training and I used the website to order photos so I can make his victory forge lantern. Got there and his head was cut off. Of course I started to lose it; but the associate was so kind and helpful. Fixed the issue immediately and applied a coupon to my order that I didn't know about. Sorry I didn't get her name but the receipt number is 211 4365 0022 hope that helps in getting her the recognition she deserves for being an exemplary employee and human being.

Prices GREAT!!! Service was so attentive w/Maris courteous.....professional The Deli Department was booming!!! They had that line movvvvinggggg!!! What I love, is they have fresh grab & go's There seasonal department was gorgeously displayed Every end cap beautifully set & displayed I can definitely say my visit was ABOVE & BEYOND HIGHLY SATISFYING & worth it!! Tom & Kathleen had my order rung up & bagged in no time...fassstttt is an understatement ECO Friendly bags,LOVE THAT One bag at a Time Stop&Shop Saving the planet People were literally working all over & good old fashion mannerisms... They help you obtain prescription for refill when needed and never messed up my prescription/medication. Just because it’s Costco does not mean medications are cheaper, some common medications, yes but I am finding out that come medications are more expensive at Costco than some pharmacies.”

The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the large old-fashioned black clock they have hanging over the pharmacy area has over 40 years of dust on it and just ruins the vibe. The Christmas wreaths they constantly keep displayed on each side of it need to go too. But overall, always a good experience”

Had I known I would have chosen them from the start. “Love this Walgreens. Specifically the pharmacy dept. I scheduled a flu shot and covid booster together. Very easy to get appointments. Pharmacist are knowledgeable and helpful. Used a GoodRx coupon for a prescription instead of my insurance because I could get a better price. No issues. The Walgreens workers not pharmacists seem to understand a bit more about insurance than the morons at CVS.”
