I switched 30 years ago when the big pharmacies would make me come back in a few hours with a sick infant to get my script. Maple pharmacy has filled them right away for me when my kids were sick, and continues to do it now for me if I really need it right away! Highly recommend! They know me and greet me by first name always!”

“I wish I knew about Genoa years ago. My NP referred me to them, and they're simply outstanding. 100% professionalism. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and polite. They have free local delivery (which is HUGE for me), and the prices are excellent when you have to pay out-of-pocket. The most important thing to me is that they can get generic brands that other pharmacies cannot. Not all generics are the same, and most other pharmacies I've called cannot get the brand I want, but Genoa had no problem getting it. I will be using them for all my medication needs going forward.”
“This Costco is undergoing some construction inside and out, but still gets 5 stars. It's one of my favorite Costco locations. The staff is great. Holbrook Liquor is in the same building and you don't need to be a Costco memeber to take advantage of their prices. And this Costco location also has a gas station.”

“We were always customers at the Holbrook CVS and hated it. The Holbrook location was always too busy and backed up, the pharmacy department was down right nasty, and we just had enough. We met the pharmacist at this CVS in patchogue during Covid when we got vaccinated. We started getting all our vaccines here. We noticed right away that he was always pleasant and seemed to go the extra mile for his customers. He reminds me of the old fashioned pharmacists that always watch out for their customers, knows everyone by name and is always happy to help and give good advice. He made us feel watched out for. We were happy to switch all our prescriptions to this location and it's been a pleasure since. Unfortunately, in the new year our insurance started forcing us to go somewhere else (not covering CVS at all anymore), and I was so upset by it. I'm hoping that will change and we can come back here!”
“The pharmacy is located inside of a hospital on the main floor, only a few feet from when you walk in. You can't miss it.
Its very tiny when you walk in, which didn't matter when I went because my wait time was all of 2 minutes. I had a couple questions about my medication and they were able to give me a thorough answer.
From my experience, they seem quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.
I forgot to add that there is free valet parking but the valet attendant allowed me to just park on the side once I told them I was there for a pharmacy pickup. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful.”

The Pharmacist was friendly, and spent extra time finding me the lowest copay without my asking. They had all the meds I needed filled, on hand and in stock, which was so convenient.

“I'm pretty surprised by the Google Review rating, as I've had great experiences going to this pharmacy for the past few years or so. The pharmacy workers are caring and attentive. They always keep me updated on my prescription status and any communications with my doctors/insurance. I've struggled on-and-off with health insurance issues due to job changes and taking medications that weren't covered by my insurance; the folks at the pharmacy were always very helpful in assisting me, finding coupons for my non-covered medications, giving me advice, and immediately communicating with my doctors/insurance. This location has a drive-thru window, which is very convenient, and the workers are quick to attend to it even when it's busy in the store. The Walgreens app is also super convenient, I can easily place an order for a refill and it is ready very quickly.
Unfortunately my new insurance is not accepted by Walgreens, so I need to switch to a new pharmacy. If I could stick with this one, I would!! It's a great team of caring folks. They deserve a raise. :)”
